I bet the Anthony's had their lawyer "leak" they thought she was guilty in order to make it seem like CA wasn't lying on the stand. They thought it would make them look more honest.

Everything I am reading/hearing, no one is really believing Cindy, so I am betting most jurors don't either. They are smart enough to know she would lie for her daughter,

What would be justice for Caylee is for Cindy to be charged with perjury, and Casey charged with murder.

But there are many saying they State has no proof and she will walk!

I am just appalled.. I dont even have the words to express my sickness of CA testimony that clearly looked to be saying.. hey I am not really telling the truth but PROVE it.

I normally have tried to stay away from Nancy Grace later because the dramatics. I will watch tonight because I am certain that Nancy will be on fire against CA.

I no longer feel sympathy for CA. I am on the verge right this moment.. taking away any sympathy for GA due to I have a strong feeling that he is going to jump in the ring and make himself look horrible to defend ICA. At this point NO ONE in the Anthony family deserves any sympathy and compassion ..except Caylee... How Caylee would truly be ashamed of her grandmother right now..

a thought just popped into my brain, what if Cynthia wanted ICA home, and make justice by her own means? After all, she's been played upside and out by her daughter. Could this be possible. Just imagine the rage and frustration building up all these years...

I think they were referring to the number of times myspace had been logged onto, not the number of days from the start of the year.

On the original search not using cacheback, they found 2 times where chloroform had been searched, and 84 times where myspace had been logged into. On the search using cacheback, the scyfi site (or whatever it is), was said to have been searched 84 times, however, myspace did not show up at all.

Either the cacheback (which the programmer worked several nights to fix the problems according to his testimony) program misread the scyfi site readings of 84 hits (in a very short period of time) and was actually reading the myspace hits or we have yet another absolutely stunningly amazing coincidence that both myspace and the scifi site had both been hit 84 times.

Uh uh...they were referring to a twitter from RH. Went back and looked.

I mentioned in the trial thread that I was waiting in a doctor's office waiting room when LDB was questioning Cindy today. Everyone was chuckling at Cindy's answers. I'm going to go out on a limb, and guess that not everyone in that room was following this case like we do.

Yes, that would be justice for Caylee to have the whole Anthony family face charges. She has been betrayed by all of them. IMO

I'm just watching Cindys testimony now. OMG LDB is really pizzzzzzzed!

Linda was so mad,,...initially I thought Linda was just being grumpy. But her madness showed and when I heard Cindy's lies I knew why Linda was mad. I watched the trial --sat with my mouth open--and finally screamed out to the cat WTF!!!???

ICA's entire demeanor changed.
Does anyone have confirmation about Cindy leaving the stand and winking at inc? I have a feeling that's a rumor.

This case is like a horror/suspence movie when the psychopath kills, lies, cheats, steals and lays a path of death and destruction and misery but they are the only one left at the end still living with their evil lives and their evil grins. Everyone else is dead and gone. No one ever suspects them til its too late but even then they go on fooling people. New people.

When Cindy said that about the dogs, I wondered if Casey was "testing" the chloroform compound that she concocted on the family pets.

ITA. Today is the first time I heard about the Anthony's having dogs. If the dogs were acting sick around the time the google searches for chloroform were happening, I would be very suspicious that Casey was testing her mixture on the dogs. What became of these dogs? TIA

The only problem I see with this is the type of acetone needed to make chloroform is not finger nail polish remover it is a type of acetone you need to get from a hardware store. I don't know what the difference is but I read that from looking up how to make chloroform.:waitasec:

Of course I doubt the jurors have any idea how to make chloroform. I sure didn't until I got sucked into this case.

I'm not a Nurse(or a Chemist) but after having a home daycare for 20 yers, 2 kids and numerous cats I call 1-800 number for poison control if I have any poison questions.They are very helpful.

I disagree respectfully. The charges may go down and she probably won't get the death penalty but I don't think she will walk.

31 DAYS .... there is simply no excuse
too much testimony about the smell of the car and it was in her posession
the 911 calls
too much testimony from ICA's peers that her behavior was 'normal' for those 31 days and Caylee was with the Nanny

I could probably go on and on but this has been discussed many, many times. The 31 DAYS is the biggest hurdle and you can't get around it...

thank you! I have to remind myself that no matter what else seems shaky or confusing or possibly reasonable doubt, that there is absolutely nothing that can explain away those 31 days

I hope the prosecution hammers that home in their closing arguments

I've seen the video but never heard the sound. If it was LA singing that I just think that was SICK!

I asked a question in the legal thread about how impeachment turns into perjury. AZlawyer said people lie in the courtroom every day all over and its too difficult to charge everyone of perjury. I think CA would be cautious about this though since so many people says she lies all the time but on the other hand if this is about getting KC free of the death penalty maybe she does not care. I don't think this is perjury though since she said in her deposition that she possibly looked up chloroform. Now CA is saying she did look up...so "possibly" and "I did look it up" maybe is close enough not to seem like perjury. Since CA has her own lawyer, they must go over every word she can use.
