FWIW and JMO but I think ICA is getting more than a fair trial. I can't even remember the high profile attorneys that have assisted in her defense not to mention the experts that ICA has had the opportunity to employ. ICA has had the best defense money could buy and when she ran out of money the State of Florida continues to foot the bill. ICA has had by far, a better defense team than the majority of people here would be able to afford. Just because there is NO Defending what ICA has been accused of doing and most of the evidence proves her guilt, does not mean ICA is not getting a fair trial. JMO.

You're absolutely right, even though JB leaves a LOT to be desired. But he has had many, many other highly experienced attorneys come thru the ICA defense revolving door, so he has gained some decent assistance thru the years. Now he's stuck with C. Mason, who supposedly has some sort of fantastic record for being a great defense attorney, although he tends to turn deaf and fall asleep quite a bit. So not sure how much effort he really is putting into this trial. :slap:

I don't recall the word "Chlorophyl" ever being in the docs that have been released. I could be wrong but I really don't think we've ever seen or heard of a search on the A's computer for "Chlorophyl."

2-Year-Old Boy Drowns In Swimming Pool

Posted: 12:24 pm EDT June 23, 2011
BELLEVIEW, Fla. -- A 2-year-old slipped out of his home unnoticed and was later found in the backyard swimming pool.Marion County Sheriff's deputies say the child's mother, Melody Mitchell, told them she fell asleep while watching television with the boy around 6 p.m. Wednesday. When Mitchell's boyfriend arrived home about 8:40 p.m., he noticed the sliding glass door was open. Marke Madore told deputies he went outside and saw the gate to the pool fence was open. Madore says he then saw the child floating in the pool. He pulled him out and began CPR.

The moment she mouthed "I love you" to Casey, I knew something was up! Hi all. I went to bed angry, woke up angry! I cannot believe yesterday actually happened. Impeach her, arrest her, charge her with obstruction!

Bold mine.

Consider yourself 'the lucky one'.

Apparently so! Been catching up on all I missed...unbelieveable. (Not posting what I really want to say). You're right, I should have just counted my blessings.

So why couldn't the A's count theirs: Caylee!
Thanks, and as promised, I made for you a noodle kugel. Goes best with a nice glass milk.
