ITA! Watching as Jeff Ashton strode purposefully from the courtroom today let me know that there is no way they are going to let a delusional witness suddenly claim a power surge in memory to save a child murderer. That man was on a mission!!

I agree, and when Cindy takes the stand in the rebuttal part, I want JA to do the cross, cuz Cindy 'thinks' she can get it over on Linda...Jeff will rip her a new one....and IMO Cindy needs to have one ripped!

Gosh...I am still so very angry...my stomach has been in knots ever since CA spewed her venom and I know the old blood pressure is up...please, even tho I think that the State can overcome this in rebuttal, someone please help me to feel calm and not seething anymore, cuz it doesn't feel good at all.

Cindy Anthony can get on the stand and tell all the lies about this computer search issue that she chooses. She can say SHE made the chloroform searches, but.....

-She can't "Google" away thirty one days.

-She can't "Google" away multiple layers of duct tape around this baby's face.

-She can't "Google" away her words in the 911 call saying the car smelled like a "damn dead body".

-Cindy can't say that was really her at a "hot bod" contest while this baby was missing.

-And, unless I'm completely unaware, Cindy Anthony isn't sporting a brand new "Good Life" tattoo obtained AFTER Caylee was last seen.

These are all FACTS, carefully and meticulously established by the prosecution for this jury. I don't think today's lies carry nearly the impact that some seem to imply.

Now that is very interesting. So if Cindy was at work and not at home. That leaves us with GA and ICA. I say ICA for sure. Yup, that who I am going with.

Maybe, just maybe we are barking up the wrong tree. CA could very well be taking the heat of of GA a and not ICA. Maybe that is the reason KC said WOW or maybe she did not get it could be GA her mother could be protecting.

Who knows, but if I was the State, I wouldn't trust them anymore at all. I say to JA and LDB, go for their jugular!:maddening:

I do feel at least the defense did something today. Before today it seemed as though the State's team has Harvard graduates and the defense team has been to the Flunkers School of Law. Even though this is about poor Caylee, KC still deserves a fair trial and it has not been fair if you compare attorneys.

FWIW and JMO but I think ICA is getting more than a fair trial. I can't even remember the high profile attorneys that have assisted in her defense not to mention the experts that ICA has had the opportunity to employ. ICA has had the best defense money could buy and when she ran out of money the State of Florida continues to foot the bill. ICA has had by far, a better defense team than the majority of people here would be able to afford. Just because there is NO Defending what ICA has been accused of doing and most of the evidence proves her guilt, does not mean ICA is not getting a fair trial. JMO.
