All my sympathy for her evaporated today! she is conniving just like her daughter..

Everyone seems so convinced that Cindy is intentionally lying and yet my take is this family is just that messed up and she doesnt even realize how convoluted her stories are.

They all seem mentally off and i think it may be why we are all drawn to the players in this. I think they are intelligent enough to know they should be deflective on their lives because they are emotionally ill, but they want to protect one another at the same time.

the women seem especially ill with the men wanting to please them and running so scared of each woman that none of them have great communication skills and often to the spectator just seem to be talking in circles.

I do not think they are smart enough to have thought all this through, when she was initially deposed she did say she thought she had done some searches - and she might have ... if like we all theorize ICA was giving Caylee xanax and littering her tall tales with her lies about zanny the nanny - why can we not also assume that the same frivilous casey might have babbled something aloud about cloroform enough so that her own ill mother in trying to remember during this time when they did lose Caylee who they loved may think it was an idea of her own.

They are crazy - but sane enough to know they should lie to protect their images - you know the old adage "who cares what the world knows as long as my mother doesnt find out?" they are the epitome of that idea?

I think they have so many webs of deception that reality is a blur.

I do believe they are in pain and while it may be selfish in many ways in so many videos and pics Caylee looks loved, cared for and doted upon ... and it is apparent that wasnt from Casey alone ... I wish they would open themselves up for psychological study after this is all over. there is probably something to be learned there that might help someone else??

I still feel sorry for all but Casey, I think they are so confused and hurting and will probably hurt without finding comfort for the rest of their days

Replaying testimony on HLN and it's so obvious to watch how JB leads right into the questions he wants answered a certain way and seems practiced imo. This was definitely scripted imo. Then watching JB gloat is just disgusting.

Am I alone in thinking that CA just did the defense irreparable harm today, and didn't in fact in any way help their case? I mean the lies were so brazen, so bold faced and so obvious, it was like watching ICA walk down the hall at Universal once again. I mean really did anyone believe any of her testimony today? I'm thinking even juror number 4 was having second thoughts about her whole "don't judge other people" outlook.

And watching CA on the stand today just ties it all together. It is a family of liars. Like mother like daughter. They feel they can bully us all into disbelieving the clear and unambiguous evidence of our own senses, purely for their own purpose.

I think she probably made the same type of impression that Dr. Spitz made on the jury.

Why is everyone so worked up about Cindy's testimony? We lived in a technological age where almost everything can be traced. The Myspace, Facebook & Chloroform searches all done at the same time eliminates Cindy as the googler. It will come out that Cindy was at work. I don't know why CA made such a dumb move & I don't know why Baez allowed it. Mark my words, this is truly going to backfire on all of them & the jury is not going to look kindly on this. Btw, I'm on the computer a lot & never have I had a youtube popup. Have any of you?
Please don't worry about what happened today! God will give the Prosecutors all of the info that they need & the truth will prevail. We cannot let our negative feelings distract us from what's needed the most- and that's positive energy & prayers going towards Attorneys LDB and Ashton in their quest to find justice for Caylee. Let our love for Caylee be our guiding light instead of our hate towards the Anthony's.

I think this deserves more than the blink of a "thanks" button.

Just watched LDB's questioning of the computer guy this afternoon. She pointedly asked him was the Chloraform search done within 20 sec. of the Myspace entry. He said yes. The jury knows CA was lying, imo. No big.

Hopefull the jury will see straight through Cindy's lies and think, "Wow! If Caylee's own grandmother isn't advocating for her then I need to do whatever it takes to see that this sweet baby gets the justice she deserves." I know that's what I would be thinking if I were in their shoes.

Here is a thought regarding Cindy's lying on the stand today. Do you think the jury will look at her and say, "Hmmmm, this is where Casey gets it from"? In some ways, maybe it's a gift to the State's case because it completely goes against the defense theory that Casey lies because she had her father's penis in her mouth and then went out to play with all the neighborhood kiddies.

I am starting to think that this testimony, although it was upsetting, *could* work against the defense potentially.

I don't know....maybe I'm just trying to find a silver lining.

Jose implied to the jury that KC is a liar due to long term sexual abuse by her father.

Today, I think Cindy may have given the jury another option to consider....

I honestly think all of this today ties right back to the convoluted relationship that existed between mother and daughter. Mom loves ICA and is taking responsibility in her own way for anything her daughter did, even to the expense of her deceased grandaughter.
