A non-exempt employee is an hourly employee. Cindy is salaried i.e. exempt.

I wonder if CA had a badge to access her office/area. That would give some indication to know if she was there that day. She would have to go to the restroom, lunch, etc and badge in repeatedly throughout the day.

OMG! Just got back home and what did I step in? CA up to her old tricks again. I knew we couldn't believe her and that's why I didn't. We have been down this road how many times with CA/GA? I understand her caring about her daughter but to get on the stand and lie, someone please tell me how in the world is she showing that she cares anything about Caylee by her actions in court today.

She said she wasn't at work that afternoon at all. No mention of her work email beyond LDB asking if they saved it in an archive and CA going into a long story of how there wouldn't be any proof after all this time.

through out the day we left messages, as far as speaking with her I think we had a brief convo in the late after noon fourish maybe lasted a few seconds.

she was going to spend the night as zanny's she knew she couldn't drop Caylee off at work with me...but on mondays are difficult I have a staff meeting and she told me she was going to take Caylee to zannys and she would crash when she got off work because she had an early day at work and that made sense to me. monday can be a late night depending what was going on but typically out by six on mondays."

CA timecard shows she worked 10 hours on March 17, 2008! From 8:00am to 6:00pm. She worked 48.5 hours that week!!!!!!! Caught in a big lie.
