Now that the initial shock of CA's testimony is wearing off, I just had a few thoughts. While in my heart, I still believe CA just perjured herself on the stand, I do wonder about something. What if she was telling the truth and did actually look up chloroform in her search for chlorophyll, like she claims. She did not admit to having looked it up 84 times, but yet somehow, it was looked up that many times. Could it be possible that CA looked it up initially, as she claimed, and then left it open on the computer, ICA saw it and that's what sparked her idea? Honestly, I've always thought Ricardo's "win her over with chloroform" thing was a tiny bit of a leap, and this could actually make more sense. Or, for all we know, ICA could have looked it up before, then when CA went on the computer to look up chlorophyll, chloroform auto filled in on the search engine because the first six letters are the same, and then CA got curious and looked it up. I don't know. I still think CA's lying, but I just thought I'd throw out some scenarios where if she wasn't, that it doesn't mean that ICA didn't do those searches (at least some of them).

Oh, and I, too, am wondering if those dogs were sleepy because they'd been experimented on. My red flags started flying when that was mentioned, too.

AT this point, I would actually believe that CINDY chloroformed Caylee.

Very perceptive question. I share your perplexity. I would not have expected CA today to knowingly incriminated herself by deviating from her earlier depo.

But didn't CA say she now has a new and improved memory? Maybe she thinks that will allow her to give differing testimony and get away with it.

As you noted, if CA gave consistent testimony today I don't know why LDB would seem so taken aback.

But I think that any perjury by CA today will more than likely be provable at some point. The state, for instance, should be able to falsify CA's claim to a car trunk stain at the time of purchase. And such a stain at time of purchase would not explain Cindy's own declaration of smelling a dead body in the **** car. :maddening:
u know..... ldb probably thought for a minute, that she had the anthonys cooperation after ca crying, not crying, fit, on the stand. But we must remember that on that day she was simply admitting to the world that ica was a liar. And we already knew that the defense was admitting to that. They, imo, played the sa a bit. But if the sa was smart, as i believe they are, they were prepared for this to happen eventually. I never once saw her tissue wet and even opined that she and casey had the same wipe, dab motion. I think LdB will get her for this one.

I don't see why Cindy would have searched for how-to-make-chlorophyll anyway if she was concerned about its effects on her dogs.

Crap folks listened to the proceedings on the way to the doctors. Now in waiting room.

Sounds like the state took a huge hit!!!!

Ok gotta go they will be calling me back any moment. I should be able to join you all tomorrow!!! Take good notes while I'm out!!!!

And above all Justice for Caylee!!!!!!!

I honestly think I may just have to be done with this case; I can't believe the Anthony's are lying and I don't know that I can continue to watch poor Caylee's memory tarnished.

Stenger says the reports are accurate but programs (codes) may have interpreted it differently. #computer #CaseyAnthony -jfell

So are they trying to say what they used for the computer forensics back in 2008 would be different than what would be used if done more recently?

This was an important point in the recent Brad Cooper trial.....(guilty!)

You would not get the same information today that you would have back then (with a different/older program)

When JB showed this document to this computer expert was he hiding columns on the excel document?

JB showed him the paper doc not electronic - jury couldn't see it - this way jury can see it

Today, after trying earnestly to sympathize with Cindy and George, I now believe to the core they are all liars and their world is just a compilation of fabrication. Dang it---I really wanted someone in the family to be truthful.

BBM, your post just made me think that these searches or even a conversation about chloroform/chlorophyll gave KC the idea to make Caylee sleepy. This has probably been discussed, I am many pages behind.

Wasn't she using myspace to write that letter to Casey about Caylee? But 84 times is a lot!

i thought the 84 times search was back in march (or some time prior to caylee's disappearing).

from what i recall CA didn't get on myspace or FB til june or july when she couldn't get ahold of ICA and hadn't seen caylee for x amount of days.

And wouldn't it show which myspace page you went to? Didn't CA say she never even had a MS page until she posted her message about Caylee?

Bingo!

YES it would show that and NO Cindy did not have a MySpace page until Lee set one up for her until July 3. Both testifed to that and records back that up (at least they told the truth about 1 thing)

Booyah! MS entries and chloroform searches are 20 seconds apart. Go Linda.

Did a dog die and CA suspected someone chloroformed the dog or used something else?

Guess either a lie or no about to admit anything.

A sleepy dog or a sleepy child--bet-ya,,,bet-ya

So he is reading this wrong? OMG I hope Hornsby tells the state.

But wouldn't that mean that the chloroform website was not visited 84 times?

I mean it does not change the fact that chloroform was found in ICA's car, but still....

Oh, I believe CA and GA have sone responsibility for the way ICA turned out, but my thoughts on this matter are not as lofty as yours.

I am trying to understand this case. It is the most frustrating case I've follow in awhile.
I want to give them the benefit of doubt and have compassion towards them because of their situation, but sometimes it is really challenging.
I'd love to know the Truth but, we may never know the truth unless there's lie detector tests administered with sodium pentothal.

How to make chloraform and myspace were 20 seconds apart. Cindy and Casey must have been in and out of that computer chair like poptarts.
