2015.08.26 Jimmy Rodgers: Charged with Murder in the Second Degree

  • #81
Does anyone know what pharmaceuticals are used for the manufacture of meth? The ones that most cookers get from OTC in small quantities. Is it possible that the clinic was being used to get quantities of them without Sr. Sievers knowing (by computer) and the Dr found out?

JMO's

I googled it and the ingredients used to make meth would not be something a medical dr would order it seems. Acetone, paint thinners to name a few.

Admin Note:

I just removed a few posts. I'm going to open a new topical thread directly related to the connection between JR, CWW & MS. I plan on restoring and moving those posts over to the new thread. First, I need to find a link though. I recall a MSM acticle where a woman confirmed to the reporter that Mark paid for her son's wedding and/or reception. I need to locate that link first otherwise it's only wild speculation without any factual basis whatsoever.

If anyone else is familiar with the interview I referenced, please post the link here. Until then, I will be looking for it. Thanks! ETA: I found the link. Will be opening the new thread shortly. I will restore the posts I removed and you will be able to find them there.

Reminder: Topic of this thread is Jimmy Rodgers. Keep the discussion narrowed to JR in this particular thread.

New thread now open. If you're missing a post, you can find it in the thread linked below. I had to do a bit of editing. The link below is to my post at the end. Please review before posting again.

Evidence connecting JR, CWW and/or MS to one another. How/when do their paths cross?

Interesting that CWW and JR are referred to being 'like brothers'. How did they become so close, with such an age difference? Could this brotherly connection be related to organized crime, possibly an outlaw motorcycle gang? Plenty of outlaws in MO. From my limited knowledge re: a certain motorcycle gang, their weapon of choice to send a messageis a hammer, specifically a ball peen hammer. Perhaps JW's FB posting re: hammer relates back to an affiliation with this group. Also, this certain motorcycle gang is known to have corned the meth market, and deal in steroids.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4100862/
"For example, a member of the Hells Angels MC may carry a ball-peen hammer, whereas a member of the Sons of Silence MC may sport an industrial flashlight. Emergency physicians should be particularly cautious of a biker in the ED whose colors bear a rocker reading “prospect,” “probate,” or “probationary”. A biker with such a rocker is a candidate for membership to the club and may be more prone to committing acts of aggression than a full-patch member to prove that he is worthy of membership.27 Prospective members spend 1 month to 1 year in a probationary status and are known to carry weapons for full-patch members, and some clubs have their prospective members commit felonies with full-patch members present to weed out weak candidates and curb infiltration by law enforcement.4

Did JR have a motorcycle? Do we know? CWW?

I believe that since Rodgers' had been already on probation for possession of a firearm by a felon. His next weapon of choice became a hammer. If stopped possessing a hammer would not be a violation. No ballistics from a hammer either.

Good question. Would definitely give traction to this theory, but it is important to note that these gangs don't necessarily require members/associates to own motorcycles (even though most members do).

Convincing me further that the item purchased at Walmart close to the house was not a hammer.

Do we know if JR was found to be in possession of a firearm at the time of his most recent arrest? I know the probation violation was for leaving the state without permission of his PO.

I have a question. Since Rodgers was turned over to Federal U.S. Marshalls and is in Federal custody can they not just move him to FLA? I understand that they gave him six months, but can't they just move him to FLA and make him available for questioning him there during this time?

Just Wondering.

I have wondered about JR. He said he inherited guns from his dad. His dad could be the same age as CWW. I have tried to find an obit listing JR as a survivor, with no success. I'm not trying to sleuth the father , but now I am REALLY curious as to what year he died- or if he is really even dead.
Is it possible he has his mother's last name and not his bio dad?
Does JR have any other children besides the one that isn't born yet?
Anything in MSM on any of this???

Way to go Dmacky!

He was only 51. That's considered young these days.

It is NWPA who deserves the real thanks. (posted right above me)
She/he gave me the starting point. I just had to find the county.

Both of his parents died at a very young age. His dad was 51, and his mom was only 31. JR would have only been 10 years old when his mother died, and 17 when he lost his father. Very sad.

I thought mom was 36. 1964-2000 maybe I read it wrong.
Dec 4 1964-March 25 2000.
So 35?

So his dad was only a few years older than CWW and MS, perhaps they had all been friends in their younger years? Maybe CWW took JR under his wing after his dad died?

Eta/ whoops lol scratch that, he was 51 when he died in 2000. I haven't been fully caffeinated yet this morning.
