Most of the discovery for JRR should be the same stuff we're getting for CWW.

I'm sure most will overlap, but I bet there is one or two interviews specifically applicable to JR. For example, maybe his family members, Tsho's family members?

Has JRR and CWW been allowed contact with each other through prison mail. I'm assuming not since they are probably not allowed to talk to each other but where will JRR be housed when he's released to FL? The same jail has CWW? Can someone shed some light to what might happen between the two of them? Will they be against each other or stick together as a team. Not quite sure what they of MS right now.

IIRC, didn't JR violate the terms of his release (in part) by associating with CWW, a felon? IMO JR wouldn't be allowed to write or communicate with CWW at all. I don't know what will happen between CWW and JR personally, team or not they'll be co-defendants.

IIRC, Wayne's parents and siblings refused to talk to investigators. Wouldn't surprise me if some of those close to Jimmy clammed up as well.

Is JR being held in the Greenville IL federal prison? Also is he 25?

I looked up the JR (federal inmate search) being held at Greenville IL federal prison that is 25 years old. It shows a release date of Feb. 22nd.
I don't want to mislead anyone because I don't know for sure if that is him.
I'm on a tablet and cannot link, but I googled federal inmate.search. in case anyone can verify it is him.
I keep seeing posts of a release date of Feb. 18th, and wonder where that date came from. Do I even have the right JR?

Once his sentence is up Monday, he'll be held at the prison until deputies bring him back to Lee County to face second-degree murder charges in Sievers' death. If SMS lets a private inmate transport service transport JR to Florida I hope he checks them out (he will) 6 ways to Sunday because the privately owned services have had inmates escape in the past. Hopefully (If one is used) it will be retired marshals. They will have to have the paperwork from SMS in order for JR to be released into their custody.

The last inmate escape while being transported via privately owned company happened in Alabama. Does anyone else remember that? It happened when the van stopped at a fast food restaurant drive through. Can't remember the details; only that the inmate escaped.

I hope a couple of the hardworking deputies get to transport JR by plane. They all have worked so hard on this case for Dr. Sievers. They deserve to be the ones to bring the in, IMO! Actually, I wish SMS would fly out there to get JR himself along with a couple of the biggest and best deputies. I'd love for the first face JR sees to be SMS!!

There is no way JR and CW will be exposed to each other, no way!

Your last paragraph says it all. If they have the time, I am sure LCSO will transport JR to sunshiny Florida. They may show him a picture of SMS.. strategically attached to the back of one of the head rests inside the vehicle..

There could always be the possibility that JR and CWW will not be tried together, but instead will have separate trials. I know this happens sometimes, but don't know what are the parameters for two people involved in the same murder being tried in separate trails.

Anything's possible, but I don't think JR and CWW will be tried separately. Two trials would mean witnesses would have to go through this twice and with so many from out of state and potentially scared, I think those factors would outweigh any argument JR or CWW have for severance. MOO.:moo:

Funny, when I think JR- I think who shot JR?? The program Dallas. I certainly don't wish anyone to be shot, but JR Ewing does come to mind. I'm hoping he is here tomorrow. Sunshine state!
