We're on the same wavelength, Scout. I don't believe for a minute that Mark didn't know JR was going to accompany Wayne. Wayne didn't have $10K laying around but Mark certainly did. MS even boasted about the $40K cash in his safe at home.

I assumed CWW was going to pay JR out of his own earnings from MS for the hit. I tend to think it's very believable that MS didn't know. This is a pretty serious crime to scheme and include some kid in on it that has no loyalty him. JMO

Okay, this pretty much convinces me that Angie is one of those that SMS is considering charging. It seriously doesn't get more obvious that a witness is lying. What's sad, is I doubt any of them care if she ends up facing charges - not JR, not MS AND certainly not her sorry HUSBAND.

Her intention is to "help" her husband and she could not be causing him or MS more harm if she tried.

She's a gold mine, I agree. But she's a gold mine that doesn't require a deal.

IF she is a defense witness, she will still be subject to cross-examination by the prosecution. She has told more lies and contradicted herself on various things several times. She will not be a credible witness for the defense. The prosecution will be able to prove without a shadow of a doubt she is a liar and it will be obvious that her motive to lie is to protect her husband.

I say "IF" she is a defense witness only because she is SO BAD that if they could possibly get away without calling her at all, they probably would not want to.

I'm pretty sure the prosecution could still call her as their own witness and impeach her as to her sworn statements given to LE.

Okay, just from what little bit we know here, on the night before the wedding Wayne & Mark met for 2+ hours privately in the master bedroom of Wayne & Angie's trailer. So, after CWW & MS tie up all the loose ends plotting the murder and how it is all going to go down, does one of them summon Angie to grab the Jack Daniels & come back to the bedroom so they all get drunk and have a threesome???

I am SO from another planet as these people if that is the norm for them.

After repeatedly calling Teresa Sievers the friend went to the house and began banging on the doors. When no one answered he went inside, saw her body and called 911.

He told the dispatcher "I'm at a friend's house, he's out of town, I came here to check on his wife and she's dead on the floor.” He stated there was a hammer at her side and her head was bashed in and there was blood everywhere.

He stated "half the blood is dry .. half is wet and she's cold .. dead cold." The friend went on to tell the dispatcher that he went outside the house in fear that someone could be inside. Terrified by the horrific tragedy he stated "jeez somebody killed her ... I mean this is a murder .. she's bashed in the back of the head."

Pretty disturbing.

I haven't decided if MS and CWW schemed during their 2 hour bedroom pow-wow and MS knew that CWW was going to recruit JR to be the fall guy. You know, to protect the brotherhood. JR was dispensable since he wasn't a "real" brother, just a wannabe. OR, if after thinking about it, CWW decided HE needed a fall guy just in case something went awry. Either way, I believe that at some point MS did know that JR would be accompanying CWW. I don't think CWW would have kept that from Mark. We know they (MS & CWW) were communicating constantly via burner phones. For me, considering what we do know about these creeps, everything points that Mark was in the know about JR. I DO NOT believe that JR knew that Mark was aware he was coming with CWW. I believe CWW lied to him and told him that Mark was unaware. #fallguy #brotherhood

It's all very sad. It's frightening the power that CWW and MS had/have over their wives. Didn't AW's mother state that AW would abandon her own children for CWW? Which leads me to believe there's not much AW wouldn't sacrifice for CWW.

Florida is a "No Fault" divorce state. The reason for divorce would have no bearing on a settlement hearing which would include alimony. So...he could "swing" every day of the week and it has no bearing on the divorce.

The most important part of a divorce would be the length of Marriage and Child Support. I believe they were married for more than 7 years. That would make the marriage "Moderate Term" in the eyes of the court. That fact would limit the amount and duration of Alimony that would need to be paid. Moderate becomes "long-term" at the 17 years of marriage...I'm thinking they were many years away from that.

On top of that, TS would have probably been given primary custody of the kids. MS would need to pay child support to Teresa which effectively reduces her Alimony payment to him.

Last thing to remember is that Alimony is tax deductible to TS and taxable to MS, thus reducing further the burden of a six-figure earner (I assume)

All-in-all. If she wanted to ditch him then she could have done it at any time at a fairly low cost to her. The fact that she didn't meant that either she was not far through the "I'm gonna divorce this dirt-bag" mindset OR she was happy.

BTW, most divorces are settled before a divorce trial. MS could not afford, on his own, to get all the way to a trial.
