I have been totally baffled by the way these docs are being released. Of course, the redactions take time to do but I will never understand not sending them electronically (upon receipt of payment), or even load them on a cd and have those available for pick-up or courier. In my point of view, they are causing themselves a ton more work, which leads to delays. Heck, I still don't understand why the SA is releasing them instead of us buying them from the Lee Co. Clerk. That said, our contact there has been extremely professional and very accommodating. Every office staff has their way of doing things. As the old saying goes, "when in Rome, do as the Romans' do."....

Is redactions done via defense or court or prosecution which is mandated by courts.

I wonder if the prosecution makes sure that redactions takes place to secure future witnesses.

If so. I would guess that the more redactions means a prosecution witness is at play somewhere down the line against someone. Jmo for now.

I will go back to reading. Many people do things that they do not like to keep peace. AW, sounds desperate to me but maybe she truly loves CW and will do whatever to keep peace. Life is complicated.

I understand what you are saying that AW may have been trying to keep peace with CWW with the possible threesome or whatever it was...since she doesn't seem to remember. But when doing "whatever to keep peace" involves angrily gaslighting your own mother and lying to LE about your husband's whereabouts during a murder investigation (as shown in the first document dump)..that's just plain wrong. Loving CWW and life being complicated may explain but doesn't excuse that kind of amorality IMO. Sorry to sound harsh, but doing the right thing is required of human beings in some situations and this is one of them.

Agree. JR couldn't be the fall guy since Cww told everyone the plans as well.

Now if CWW killed jr on the scene and said that we were there to fix my buddies computers but his wife came home early and Jr killed her so I killed him in self defense. Then ok.

You just hit on my theory. Maybe JR was not supposed to come back from FL. Maybe he didn't turn his back on CW long enough for the original plan to be carried out. Certainly explains why there were so many "errors" and "blunders" made. Maybe JR caught on. Can you imagine the tension on the car ride home??? Might also explain why he kept a few things. Then they would have had to work out a whole new set of terms and understandings.

You also have to add into the equation that with her you are dealing with strong bi polar mental illness.

Plenty of spouses, not involved in a swinging lifestyle, have their wife/husband killed. There are many people in sexually open marriages who love and respect each other and have long, stable, healthy relationships.

Pastor is a bonafide pastor. That said, he is very gulible and believes everything AW's family has told him. And That said, he should know better, he HAS and was made aware of CW's past as it related to her Angie's and her aunt's trysts. He didn't want to "deal" with it. To complicate matters further, he was once a colleague of RB. He is in a God awful position, but God has gotten him involved in this for a reason. He clearly needed his eyes opened to what has went on right under his nose, in his church.

There are many people in sexually open marriages who love and respect each other and have long, stable, healthy relationships.

These people were swingers who wanted the cover of a normal lifestyle and have all been well versed at how they went about it. They also didn't always tell their spouses who they really were. Quite a shock, when realization sets in.

Did she hear JR, CWW, or both saying -
- before death, 'MS does not know about plan.' ........................................ IDK, doubt it.
- after death, 'MS did not know about plan.' ............................................ IDK, doubt it.
Did she hear ^ from a person who said s/he heard JR, CWW, or both say that, then repeat to her? IDK
Did JR, CWW, or both lie re ^ to her. ...................................................... IDK, could be.

Did she talk directly w MS? ................................................................... IDK, doubt it.

OMG! I have been checking here every day to see if the docs had been released yet and they had not. I checked just this morning before going on to another case. Had company and just left the computer signed on to WS. I almost fell out of my chair when I saw the news.

I am absolutely furious about these sorry ********, their lies, and their sick lives. They killed the best person who had the extreme misfortune of marrying into their sick group - Dr. Teresa Sievers. The killers severely traumatized her precious daughters and it will never end. How can these innocent girls stand to read all of this mess years from now? How will they deal with it? I hope MS is arrested ASAP before he 'loses it'. He is not fit to raise even a snake, IMO. In fact, he is lower than a snake in the grass.

Have any of you ever been furious and extremely sad and tearful at the same time? I will have to keep myself in check as I read more. I may have to give myself a big T/O.

Both of the suspects attended Teresa’s funeral in July. That’s where Cousins says he came face to face with one of the men without even knowing it.

The documents contain interviews with relatives and friends of the accused, financial records and a 911 call. The documents paint a picture of the key players and their connection to the death of Sievers...


Wright, 47, is in Lee County Jail and has a court appearance scheduled for 1:30 p.m. today.


At the May 2 wedding, Mark Sievers was talking about issues he and his wife were having, according to Taylor Shomaker, Rodgers' girlfriend.



Investigators found texts, pictures and FaceTime records on his (MS's) phone that showed Mark Sievers was seeing people outside of the swinger arrangement he had with his wife. Mark Sievers complained of his wife's lowered libido and the couple had been discussing divorce.



Wayne Wright told Lubinski in a phone call that he and Mark Sievers discovered the doctor’s body.

“The front door was bashed in and they went in and she was lying there,” Wright said, according to Lubinski.

He said he had known Wright for about seven years and helped him out from time to time with money.

Lubinski thought Wright had a steel plate in his head. He believed he was injured in a cage-fighting contest. The plate caused short-term memory loss, Lubinski said.

Wright built a deck on Lubinski’s house. He said Wright told him about spending time in jail because he was accused of running a meth lab, but he wasn’t living in the house at the time because he was in Texas taking care of his brother who’d had a motorcycle accident.
