my opinion on the swinging issue:

you can have integrity as a person AND have a swinging lifestyle or an open sexual life

and then there are people in every type of lifestyle available, who do not have integrity
(about a multitude of things)

in regards to the swinging in the circle of people in MO, i think there is the added element of blurred boundaries which can make it feel icky for lack of a better word

Well, I have buried myself with all these documents. The only problem I ran into is that I could not download the JR Facebook doc. but I feel I got enough of a flavor for what that contains and because it's likely images- took too long to download and I gave up. I found the transcripts from the interviews to be the most interesting part of all these pages. A lot of detail on the life ins. policies/ TS IRA. No tower dump from Connecticut or Lee County. The request for tower info. from Lee County was new. I did find it it interesting that CWW and AW shared the same cell. I will have to dig up the bates # but this would mean she was well informed about CWW and MS's ongoing plans.
One final thought- MSM continues to say MS was implicated but remains free.......that needs to change soon. I hope SMS has some press time very soon. He says a lot in few words.
HAPPY 2016 to all!!!!

The only question I have about the swinging thing is this:
To me, there seems to be a disconnect between reports of loss of libido, menopausal symptoms that TS was reportedly going through and a swinging lifestyle. If a woman isn't particularly interested in sex, why would she be interested in multiple sexual partners?
Appears to me and I certainly may have missed something, but it is Mark who reports TS was a participant in swinging but that has not been established as fact.
Either way, I believe the motive for her murder was the proceeds of her life insurance policies and her participation in any extra-marital relationships is peripheral.

I have thought this very same thing - the part BBM. I thought that from the very first time I read it. Although it sounds like the investigation might have proof. (other than MS statements?)

Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not at all defending the actions of the people involved in this case. I'm only concerned to see an alternative lifestyle like swinging referred to negatively with a broad stroke. I understand it might be shocking for some people or they might even find it personally disgusting. To each his own, but there are very nice, respectable and respectful people who swing. It's not something most people are going to bring up in casual conversation though, lol! Probably for the very fact people may judge them harshly.

For me, this alternative lifestyle isn't about being "shocking" or "disgusting".
What I don't like about it for me is this: let's say I'm a highly competitive business woman & my hubby sends me pics of him with other women-- so I say "yeah, that's cool--now watch this"! And I go about upping the ante because I don't like being a wallflower or a victim. And so the power play dance begins with very complicated dance steps because there's rules--doncha' know.
So where does that stop?
For me there's a lot of blurred lines & navigational hazards. Actions often cannot be taken back or easily forgiven. It's a game that runs a high stake, imo.

How do you negotiate the power of influence, competitiveness, intimacy, control, and equity? The psychological components involved in the everyday maneuvers of that lifestyle with all the so called "rules" and what not would be too much to bear. For instance, is it ok to sleep w/the opposite sex or just one sex? Is it ok to sleep with the best friend, relative, or total stranger to the other partner? Is there a thrill in being discreet or do you video-tape it? Is there a secret agenda involved? Is your partner truly into that lifestyle or have they been manipulated, brainwashed, or intimidated into it **AND** how would you truly know?

I also believe that little private journeys into private mental fantasies are more powerful & easily dismissed (without repucussions & adverse effects) than reality.

I could care less about judging others who enjoy an alternative lifestyle. For me, marriage is tough enough without adding that powder keg into the mix. It would never work for me. Que sera, sera.

Interesting take on it all, have met a few swingers all I have met are very discrete from what they say basic simple rules..... no means no........... normally videos, tapes and pictures are verboten. to each their own I am old enough to have seen a lot of different situations, conditions and life styles. for me if it does not affect or offend me (as in child P(*(N which does offend me) let it be. Guess the 60's is still in my blood

What they really need is CWW to roll. Surely he wont go down letting MS walk free.

I'm not buying that story about her loss of libido. C'mon, she was an expert in bio-identical hormones, was she not? And as a doctor, I'm sure she was well aware of the vast multitude of STD's that cannot always be prevented by traditional barrier methods. I don't think she'd want to take that risk. No, I think it's more likely that MS cooked that whole thing up to rationalize his cheating. I think what likely happened was that he stepped outside the marriage and she found out, whether he outright told her or it was discovered and after that, she didn't want to have sex with him anymore, especially as she could see that things were crumbling and that this wasn't something that could just be fixed. I think she wanted out for quite a while, it was likely becoming a hostile relationship and he thought getting her out of the picture would solve everything.

I am even more sickened by MS's actions of sending videos of his affairs to his wife!
This guy gets creepier with every new revelation about him!

Just think what TS was living in or thru or with! This marriage was in deep trouble and the intimacy side had ended, so MS sent her tapes of his rendezvous. JMO. I imagine she could have cared less, it was his childish narcissistic side showing her he could get what he wanted.
One can only imagine the verbal abuse that TS took from MS! She was living in a he77ish nightmare and we only know bits and pieces! IMO.

Please get those Precious girls out of his control. NOW

I've been gone from here a while and just getting back, so I may have missed something.

There is a lot of swinging in medical communities. I don't know what it is about doctors and swinging, but there it is....

Is everyone just assuming TS was disgusted and alienated by this?

Her business was her business and I personally don't care what she chose to do in her private life, and I am sorry for her, her family and her daughters that this is all coming out.

Don't jump to conclusions about her attitudes about swinging. Some doctors enjoy the lifestyle. (I don't see the point but I have heard enough about it in the communities we have been in to know it exists and is organized activities).

Wow! Thank you Susnoat, that really is something. Thank you for your tenacity. I hope they are able to nail CWW for Ronnie's murder because of this case. I truly believe justice is coming for both Ron and Theresa. The Universe has a way of bringing truth to light one way or another- it's just so very tragic he was able to take another life before being put away for good. They ARE monsters- the whole lot of them.

Can I get the Cliffs notes on this other case?

Regarding JR's statements being used against MS...in the federal system, a statement of a co-conspirator during the course of, and in furtherance of, a conspiracy is admissible against the defendant.

What about in the state system, as in state of Florida?

Its hard for me to picture multiple women wanting to have sex with him. I just dont see anything on an attractive level.

I totally agree with you! I have two thoughts on the matter. One, he was a doctor's husband so one would think money. Second, the type of people he ran with in MO are wired so differently, beer, booze, drugs, and sex is all they would want. He could run with either type,, just depending on his mood.
