Thanks for clarifying that for me Deb!! I was on my phone when I replied. I was in shock that 1 life insurance monthly payment was $1,500!! Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. :laughing:

I'm so disgusted at how MS plays games with "checks and payments" he owes others. There's so many Bates #'s it would be hard to list them all. Some examples:

Paraphrasing here - for example - he asks LQ (special food delivery owner) how much he owes and that he will put a check on the garage refrigerator for delivery. He says he is leaving, she replies 9 MINUTES later and he says something like.."oops..sorry, we left already, next week". He does this type of thing to her frequently. She's a small business owner trying to provide a service.

He says to 1 tutor - the proverbial check is in the mail

SH's paycheck bounced, then when she sets up direct deposit, it doesn't deposit....repeatedly. MS blames it on the bank. (I worked for a payroll processor for years, employers blame the bank all the time. It's not the bank, it's the timing of the deposit)

LS couldn't cash a check at the bank because he made it out to her company name (or something like that) and he had to re-issue.

MS was so busy squirreling away money for HIMSELF and in the mean time, messing with workers that provide him services.

Justice for TS, her girls, MAG, all of her family and friends!!

I don't think that was the monthly premium. I bet there was an annual or semi-annual bill and he had fallen behind in payments and had to make them up.

I don't read those as monthly payments. I read those as payments due April 23, 2011, and May 23, 2013. I'm not sure why the same premium is due two years apart. I worked in life insurance for a few years. My best guess is that the cash value on the whole life policy had reached a legal limit, and they were not required to pay into the policy again for a number of years. There are limits to the amount of cash value those types of policies can accumulate. For example, I purchased a policy that accumulates cash value for my daughter when she was young, and premiums were suspended after a few years because I had paid into it as much as I was allowed to by law. She's still covered, but I'm no longer paying premiums into it.

At one point, she says she'll forego charging the delivery fee if he'll tip the delivery person. Idiot says he never thought of tipping her! Cheapass so-and-so - who doesn't tip a delivery person?
I feel sorry for the person, delivering hundreds of dollars of food sometimes weekly, and never getting a tip from him. I'll bet TS would have tipped.

He played that game of withholding payment to so many people, mostly women that I saw. That wasn't forgetfulness that TS thought, it was control and manipulation. We all are capable of forgetting a payment on occasion. I used to make out the bills, checks, put a stamp on the envelope and then find it in my purse weeks later when the electric was about to be cut off. Nowadays, thanks to everything be digital, there is NO chance of that. As for his reputation *cough* as being a digital guy, that's bull. He would have been doing all bill paying online years ago. It's hard not to conclude that either he's inept in some digital areas, but genius in others, or paying people manually by check is his control. That, I believe of him. He uses money and people as tools for his own twisted satisfaction.

But, then again, this is a guy who considers cleaning the house or garage as a "random act of kindness".

I also want to see a book or books dedicated to his thought processes, personality and character.
I want to see a separate book or books dedicated to his lies and the lengths he went to construct the picture he thought he was showing people he was trying to impress.
I want to see a separate book or books dedicated to the legal aspects of the case and how they put it all together. The coordination of the digital data alone had to have been an incredible project.

Maybe MS is keeping a diary or a calendar of events, talks, books he read , tv shows wached, meals, commissary orders , monies put into his account by BS, meetings wirh lawyers, etc. in jail? Now that would be interesting to read...after all, he needed a calendar of events on the outside to know what he was doing, he needs one in jail too! JMO

Does anyone here know about cloned phones and can share information? Can LE determine which phone made which calls for example.

Every cell phone is supposed to have a unique factory-set electronic serial number (ESN) and telephone number (MIN). A cloned cell phone is one that has been reprogrammed to transmit the ESN and MIN belonging to another (legitimate) cell phone. Unscrupulous people can obtain valid ESN/MIN combinations by illegally monitoring the radio wave transmissions from the cell phones of legitimate subscribers. After cloning, both the legitimate and the fraudulent cell phones have the same ESN/MIN combination and cellular systems cannot distinguish the cloned cell phone from the legitimate one.

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I've been following the case on and off and haven't read everything. Has it been determined if phones were in fact cloned?

If I remember correctly, a VI stated that TS used an iPhone. If iMessage was turned on, connected to wifi and her Apple ID signed in on another Apple device (iPad, iPhone, Mac, MacBook, etc) all of TS text messages would be visible and messages could be sent, recieved, and so on from another apple device using iMessage. Text messages using iMessage can easily be traced back to the unique IP, ESN/MEID/MIN of the device sending the messages.

Yes, that sucks about not being able to distinguish between original and cloned. I was hoping that things had changed since that entry on their site was written; advancements in technology all the time.

Nothing that I've seen about the phones being cloned or hacked anywhere except here - our theories and a good one if I might add. Texts from TS to MS stating that his texts to her are "again" showing as coming from her own phone is what led me to believe cloning or spoofing. It's one thing to suspect he did because of his digital experience and generally devious personality, but to see that specific text from TS clinched it for me. I love that he didn't delete that one.

Good day fellow sleuths! I'm not a detective, nor do I play 1 on TV, so please forgive me for my 2 posts last week that I had quickly assumed were different.

#1 - divorce talk 2009 - I quickly assumed the cryptic notes were from MS. After all, who documents their friends divorce problems on their phone? Oh yeah...MS does!
(silly me) and..............

#2 - ohio life insurance payments - I did not see the YEAR after the month on the contact entries. My life insurance payments are deducted automatically on a monthly basis. I still don't understand the bi-annual payment thing...obviously MS was right on top of that!

Here's 2 certain things I do know after reading this last batch:

MS has more birthday and "Happy Mother's Day" greetings then our well-stocked Hallmark store here in BS at the end of W. Terry St. He must have spent all day on Mother's day texting every mom in his contact list. Way to honor the mother of your own children!

He disgusts me to infinity and beyond. :tantrum:
