One of the missing cell phones belonged to another family member?? what the heck else is going to come out, that is the first I am hearing of this and I thought I was keeping track of everything.

That came out the in the first 3-5 days. One of the grandfather's (of JI or DB/Grandpa Irwin or Netz) lent it to DB because her's was broken.

Yes, I recall it was Debbi's dad, Netz. Supposedly, Debbi's phone was broken. Her dad gave her his phone to use. She was programming numbers from phone to phone, which is why she had her broken phone, Jeremy's phone, and dad's phone together on the counter that night. That was the early explanation as I recall.

Ok, please help me out here because I think I am losing my mind...

Earlier this morning I was reading through what I believe was this thread and I clicked on the latest MSM news links that WS'ers had posted. One news report, at the very end of the article, had stated something to the effect of "three identified witnesses had reported seeing a man carrying a man in a diaper... two other witnesses have not been named." At that time, I received a call and had to leave abruptly... I bookmarked the article in my favorites because I was unsure if I had read that correctly. I just came back home a short time ago and went to pull up the link in my favorites but it is not there! And I am not finding the article here in this thread now....

Does anyone remember reading that news article? The reason I wanted to discuss it here is because the way I read it was that there are now FIVE witnesses to seeing a man carrying a baby in a diaper, two of whom have not been named as of yet. If that is the case, could that have something to do with all of the chaos going on with this case today?

It is very possible that I interpreted it wrong... if someone could please help me find the article to sort this out I would be most appreciative. Thanks so much!

HLN had a snippet. Talking about the three missing cell phones. Not much there but does beg the question. If one of those phones was loaned to them by a family member on Sunday, that phone was working. So the excuse that they couldn't call the phone because of restricted use goes bye bye/

I did see all the way back in the beginning that this phone was given to her by her father. I never heard that it actually had service (I ASSUMED that it was an old phone he had lying around). If this is true..... well just WOW. If you see that anywhere else (other than HLN, I don't trust their facts) I sure would like to see that.

Thank you SK, I will keep looking and will post the MSM link if I find it. It appears that it is possible that: 1) there are 2 additional witnesses that LE has not named yet, LE does not want that known publicly, so that part of the news report was removed / entire article removed, or 2) the author of the news article was confused and thus the erroneous information was removed from the article / entire article was removed. Ok done "discussing" now :innocent:
