I'm sure of it but I personally feel quite convinced that BK did not have a selection of hair cuttings (from his alleged victims) about his person, in his home, or in his car and that had he done so, the police would not have noted this as 'curls in a glove'. JMO.

Right. They would have said something more like "hair cuttings" or strands....

Anyone know how tall Bryan Kohlberger is? I can’t find this information anywhere. He looks tall but I want to know factually what his height is?

6 ft. and 185 lbs.

But they did collect fibers.
Good point about the fibers. I personally don't think it refers to hair curls...but then again, Murphy had kind of curly fur.

So maybe it was BK who ordered the Doordash delivery. Maybe so that he could enter the house unnoticed while attention was focused on the front door.

Snipped for focus.

I'm going to repost from the previous thread why I don't think the word is curls (2 reasons).

(1) Whoever wrote that makes their a's look like u's. (Look at the words Columbia, navy, man's, & drawing (there are more examples in the list, I captured a small section)).

(2) It's obviously not curls, as so many have pointed out, as there are 6 characters in that word, not 5, so it can't be curls IMO.

So... has anyone tried playing Wordle with the 6 letters using an a as the 2nd character? While I'm not convinced it's not a 'u', it may definitely be an 'a'. I'm more apt to think an 'a' over a 'u'.

MOO MOO the writer had a skip and repeated the word “inside”
my guess is they were interrupted. I believe it is meant to say:
“10 cards inside glove box.”

Thanks for this Order to Redact and unseal the COI hearing! I missed it.

So it looks like all the factual speculation supporting the COI speculation is untrue. The court accepted AT's factual representations as an officer of the court that she was on the CK cases solely as the head of office, that she did not personally meet with or advise CK, that she consulted with ethics counsel and that they support her her professional opinion that there is no conflict. The only person to whom she has a fiduciary duty of loyalty is BK. BK also accepted those representations said he wanted AT to continue as his attorney.

Hope the hooha about this is done and dusted.

It’s sad that the media exploited someone that vulnerable in order to try and discredit/damage someone’s profession integrity.

Let’s hope Banfield remembers this, the next time she forgets her journalistic integrity.

If you had a delivery you hadn't ordered, wouldn't you say something when it arrived?

I feel you are correct.

That would make sense but wasn't that item on the list from the search of BK? Not his car or the house.

If it arrived to my address at 4am with my name on the bag? I think I'd be seriously creeped out and try to work out if I'd been hacked immediately. I wouldn't just eat the food and go on Tiktok.

EDIT: Also, what guarantee would there be that Xana would take delivery if she hadn't ordered it? Wouldn't it more likely have woken the lower floor roommate?

Except that the item is on the list seized from the PA residence, not the list of items seized from the Elantra. There are three separate Return of Service Documents (Person, Residence and Vehicle).

The "... [ID cards]... inside glove inside box" is listed as one of 63 items seized from the house and/or outbuildings/sheds. I'm assuming you mean a car glove box in your comment? I don't think the item is mistakenly on the wrong ROS document.

Copy and paste from a previous post, thankyou @I'm Nobody for transcribing/transfering from MSM article.

List of items from the Residence, not the car, not the person (BK search).

I also agree, no way LE would refer to any hair found as 'curls'. It would certainly be listed simply as hair with possibly some sort of descriptor.

  • #195
Items seized from house:

1. Knife
2. S&W knife
3. Taylor Cutlery knife

I'm staying optimistic that # 1 item on the list "knife" is a roughly 7" blade. JMO

I rest my case :D There was unclear writing on the list that some interpreted as 6 curls inside glove which later *most* people believe says 'cards' and maybe not '6' and that 'glove' could mean a 'card glove' ie a little wallet thing, or also in the glove box of the car. I guess unless LE verify then it's up to debate but personally, I'm satisfied with the notion that there's no hair anywhere.
BBM: I don't think it could mean something in the glove box of a car, only because the item is on the residence list of items seized not the car list. I don't think that LE/the FBI put the item on the wrong list, or at least I'm willing to assume that they didn't!

DID DD DRIVER TELL LE HE LEFT ORDER AT DOOR or HANDED TO SOMEONE? If "handed," a link w quote, pls?

Many posts about this, but afaik, no links w quotes to MSM article saying that LE stated DD stated to LE, he handed bag to Xana or other person. Some posts state left order at door; others state he handed to person.

Let's say DD driver told LE: I delivered to the address.
Seems incomprehensible imo, that LE would not ask driver to specify whether he handed it to a person (male, female, & description, clothing, etc., or just left it at door (which door, did he knock, ring bell, etc, did driver see movement inside). But comprehensible imo, that LE did not release details to media.

Also, does DD's CORP. PROCEDURE require driver to submit/upload photo verifying delivery?
A pic of what? Bag at door, or bag being handed to person?

If you had a delivery you hadn't ordered, wouldn't you say something when it arrived?

I'm only saying this in terms of *if* somehow BK had somehow hacked the delivery system and had a false delivery made to the house... that it could have been part of a campaign of harassment or stalking or misdirection or distraction? (seems unlikely but maybe)

If I lived in a house like that, I'd probably take the order in on the assumption there'd been some sort of mix up and leave it in the kitchen with the intention to argue facts / quibble the circumstances / request refund the next day with housemates and the food company themselves, as opposed to trying to debate with the delivery rider who wouldn't know anyhow.

Would need to know if X / E were in the habit of 4am food orders.

yes- just think they might tag with a # as they collect so that something with an indistinct description, e.g. "knife," has a # on it
I'm sorry, I took this literally as in put the sticky on the evidence when you might not have meant it that way!
