If these documents that are being released today are used for the current charges, can the same docs be used as evidence for future charges (i.e; murder)?

Not a stupid question at all, Tutti! LE is allowed to hold back certain documents from the public, but not to the defense for Discovery. What is confusing here, to me at least, are these the full disclosure of Discovery docs or just what is not going to be used in the subsequent case (not just the Neglicence)? There is a distinct difference. They still sound like they hold many, many clues to how this case is playing out tho.

Investigators interviewed Casey's boyfriend, Tony Lazarro, who said sometime after July 5, at least a couple weeks after Caylee disappeared, Casey would wake up sweating and tell him she was having nightmares, but she told him the nightmares were about their relationship.

WFTV Channel 9 reporting from the new documents: Tony L told LE after July 5 Casey would wake up in the middle of the night sweating profusely and very nervous. When he asked her what was wrong she said she was having nightmares about "their relationship."
Lee told LE the family immediately suspected Caylee was dead when they got the car back from the towyard. The odor was so strong it went over the garage in waves.

I just seen this on another post, can someone find a link to it........I am not good doing that.

I believe that their only obligation is to release documents that pertain to the current charges. Surely they will be able to use this same information at a later date if they add/upgrade to a murder charge. They are simply not obliged to release anything that relates specifically to a potential murder charge at this point.

ETA - They are not obliged to release the full forensic reports yet.
