Yes, I think that's a great idea!!! lets do it and then later if a particular section seems interesting each of us could always go back and read other sections. I'll take 41-80 to start with. but remember that maybe several sections are nothing but phone records. Maybe someone who feels they might be better with the phone records should take that whole section for comparison of numbers, etc?

I'll do the phone records. I want to head there first anyway.

I'm SO hoping that OS will release all of them. I have a feeling that what the pp'er said about not all of the docs being put up means that those most likely will not be put up for our viewing pleasure. I was also thinking it won't help us much knowing who she called/texted if we don't have the names or numbers to associate them with, kwim?

* In late June, Anthony talked to Huizenga about the "horrible smell" in her car and she couldn't figure out the source. She said it smelled like something had died and the odor was coming from the engine. She told her friend that she thought her dad may have hit an animal when he borrowed her car. Days later, she told Huizenga that she found an animal "plastered" to the frame of her the car

Ok, now we've just got to find a link to where GA says that he thinks KC ran over a squirrel or somethin' ... remember that was one of his explanations for the smell (in addition to the pizzaz theory)

Plastered to the car?

I apologize if this has been posted. It's from the Sentinel:
"Documents released today by the State Attorney's Office show Casey Anthony's conversations and text messages on the weeks prior to her arrest and the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee Marie.

The nearly 600 pages of interviews between detectives, family and friends, as well as hundreds of text messages from Anthony's cell phone, show that Anthony spent lots of time discussing relationship woes and planning parties -- with little mention of Caylee Marie -- as well as admitting to a family member that she was an unfit mother.

The file also shows the lies Anthony told friends and family about the smell of decomposition coming from her car and talk of jealousy between stemming from her mother's affection toward Caylee."

I just got off the phone with Greg Miller (editor) from the Orlando Sentinel. He says they are probably NOT going to put up the entire 600 pages. Booo~ Hiss!

I explained that I am calling from Texas and that even though the Sentinel may consider itself a "local" paper, it is the "source for the planet" on all things Casey Anthony. (Massaged that ego a bit...) He said they would put up as much as they can and said there are issues with personal phone numbers and all that and that they will have to scan each page to make them PDFs...wah...wah...wah...

I explained that the docs are public and that there would be a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Pile (actually I said a "whole bunch") of people who would be very disappointed if the entire document dump isn't published. He had a very sexy voice and I think he was giving in to my pleas there at the end. I told him that even if they weren't all out tonight, that everyone would like to see them by tomorrow.

Maybe we need to get someone local to march down to Kinko's and get us a copy. I'll scan the darned things. I obviously have nothing better to do.

I tried my best for my WS friends. Fingers crossed everyone.

Oh man! THey have to put this up. They have too, I tell you. I'm about to pee my pants!

They HAVE to!

Poor Amy.

So in late june the smell was already bad confirmed. Amy had to have told Cindy this when she was telling Amy about the smell that she had discovered.

So bad on Cindy (again) for trying to say there was no smell till after the towyard.

Scary stuff. Also the fact that the smell of their dead grand baby filled the garage.

*Her friend Amy Huizenga said Cindy Anthony was worried when the tow company contacted her about the car that was hauled away from Amscot. The smell from the trunk was overpowering -- like something had died. The parents initially couldn't get it open because they didn't have the keys. When they did open it, Cindy Anthony feared the worse. " They were terrified it was either Casey or Caylee," Huizenga said. "Because they had not talked to either of them. Because of the smell."

much more at link

Wow..that's all I can say, Poor Caylee. My stomach is doing flipflops just thinking about what we are about to read.

SM said it will be around 4:00 that the doc are released.

That does it! My son is walking home from detention. I was suppose to pick him up at 4:00. It will give him time think.

Just kidding. I guess I will have to drag myself away from the computer.

can reading/reporting the new docs be done by committee?

what i mean is if someone would read, say 40 pages, make notes & post them on a thread specified for that purpose, we could quickly have an outline of the info.... if you think that would work, start now to "claim" your section.... 1st dibs on any portion "wins".... write a summary of labeled pp1-40, pp41-80, etc.

many of us are not going to have time to scour 600 pages tonight.... what say? is this doable?
Even if we only got an index done tonight I think that would help...then at least we can jump right to what we're looking for!
