Not exactly on July 5th, but sometime after that date.

For once, Casey may have been telling the truth.

If she was sleeping with Tony after the 5th and having nightmares related to their relationship, it may have been do to the fact that she was potentially ALSO SLEEPING WITH JG that weekend (using his shower?) or RICARDO and Tony at the same time.

DEFENSE TEAM ACQUIRES FORENSIC SCIENTIST

Casey Anthony's defense team has a new member. Doctor Lawrence Kobilinsky is a forensic scientist and a frequent guest on CNN's Nancy Grace show. Monday night, Grace asked why attorney Jose Baez needs a forensic scientist since Casey is primarily charged with economic crimes like check fraud and forgery.

"To Mr. Baez I think he as a good defense attorney is entitled to know what the science says. I don't make things black white, white black but I have to give him the best that science can offer," said Dr. Kobilinsky.

Eyewitness News received a fax from Baez's PR firm accusing the Orange County Sheriff's Office of leaking false and distorted information to the media and suggesting that Caylee may be found sooner if those leaks stopped.

IIRC, it was aprox. two weeks after June 15th. I'm thinking moving a 10 plus day old dead body gave Casey nightmares.

ETA: I see a link does say the 5th.

I agree. I think she hurt Caylee June 16th and left her in the trunk, put her out of her mind but then noticed the smell and maybe one other person noticed it too and she had to open the trunk, maybe seeing what she had done gave her nightmares.

Me, too. Some people do not like him and I have not at times, but he is good, IMO. I like Dr. Henry Lee also. PLEASE, prosecution, do not call Cyril W. (cannot spell his name)!

I don't hate Kobelinsky. I hate Dr. Lee. He was instrumental in OJ's acquital as it was the first major case in the US using DNA. Lee KNEW DNA was reliable and that it was the best forensics and would be in the future and he confused that jury to make them dismiss the DNA evidence in its entirty.

Then he testified for Michael Peterson who savagly beat his wife to death and actually said to the jury..and I quote..."She couldn't have been beaten to death. There's too MUCH blood for it to have been murder"??!??!?

The jury was again insulted when he testified about Kathleens blood spatter pattern and to illustrate this for the jury, he drank KETCHUP and spat it out all over the courtroom! The he broke out into a laugh.

Michael was convicted on Murder 1.

I think he is a hired gun who has lost ALL sense of ethics. JMO

I don't think she has nightmares anymore. I think her mind has moved forward into believing she will get away with this, why wouldn't she think that as it seems everyone around her, including her lawyer are telling her she is innocent.
