Who else could afford to pay her bail? Why wasn't Hank's bail posted?

I dont know but I hope someone gave her a phone card and we can hear some conversation..and Im not talking about using the salt from pretzels for the rest of your food kind of conversation either.

Without support, financial and moral, how will she survive? Is Lenny still paying for the room? She has no means and unless given permission, cannot even go and live with relatives in other states.

I listened to Timmy's conversations with Misty and Tommy, and Timmy told them both he couldn't help them post bail. He doesn't have that kind of money. Chelsea and Timmy have 3 children they have to provide for. Chelsea insists on selling information to provide for her family's needs. I still don't understand why Hank Sr wasn't bonded out too?

I agree because I think the conversations were helpful, but unfortunately LE aren't interested in releasing anymore taped conversations. IIRC, LE said it is alot of work and they'll only do it if they get paid. :furious:

What?? Does the Sunshine Law say media or somebody has to pay for these things??

Maybe Hank doesn't want out of jail....he continually whined about his medical and living conditions. This way, the good people of Florida will take care of all that for him. :loser:

From what I was told by someone that can not be named here I don't think... PC will not release Ron's calls/visits because they feel that there is nothing of importance in them.
I also asked about Misty and Tommy's calls-visits and was told that if the media wanted them they could get them but they had to pay for them. Some are saying that it's up to around $1000 worth to get the calls/visits from SJC and the media is just not interested.
There is a smaller blogger site that are trying to get some from SJC but they just don't have the funds to get them right now and they will not accept money from anyone either, because I had thought about trying to start a collection but they want "NO" money what so ever. They have tried to get Ron's several times and are still trying but so far no luck. Again, this is just what I was told.

I think that is exactly why Hank is still in custody given that he can get medical care from the prison system. I almost wondered if the whole thing wasn't planned for this to happen that way. :waitasec: JMO

This is just a guess-Hank and Lisa both had court appearances Tuesday, the judge set bond for Lisa on her vop charges for theft and forgery that she is on probation for so she got out of jail and the cocaine charge was dropped.
Since Hank didn't get out the judge did not give him a bond. It could have been because the charge Hank violated his probation on is a drug charge (dr. shopping) and his last arrest is a drug charge.
We will know more when the court docket is updated.
Sad to say I won't be surprised if Lisa is arrested again soon. I am watching her address on the DOC site that has her probation info. listed. There is no current address listed. I think she would have to update it or she will be in vop again.
