8/08/2010 Police swarm TN home of Joe Overstreet

Well, I hope during the execution of a search warrant they are able to find other evidence in the HC murder. If they were able to seize a computer that might be the coffin nail, JMO. :loser:

BTW, I've heard of growing pot, but manufacturing? :waitasec:

Does anyone have an idea when LE first went to the house? I'm gonna check scanner archives and listen if any part of the bust is on audio tape.

I think I know who the other guy is. Initials are JBH. CIS no. just before JO's. Same admit time. Charges are theft of property and drug paraphernalia.

Okay, so I read the title and only saw "8/08/2010 Police swarm TN home" and thought that it was Ronald's mom's house (TN) - LOL I need more sleep. Gheeez.

What is with all the drugs? Good grief.

Oh, I can pretty much guarantee we will all see Nanny tomorrow. :)
It's late- Art's probably tired. lol I think what he was saying is that FH told him that Putnam LE was calling her asking her what was going on. Im surprised Joe called Nanny. She really is quite the force in that family, eh?
I stand corrected. Read it too fast. :blushing: Thank you.

Seriously! Mere association should be enough to scare these people sober! If I ever so much as locked eyes with a Croslin, I would RUN to join the nearest convent. Literally.

okay - now the Aug 9 admit date also shows an Aug 9 release date

no additional charges from what was previously posted by KRKRJX.

If it's the JBH I found:

Theft of property $10,000-<$60,000

Was he trying to steal a car? lol

He probably told her to round up some bail money! She must be so proud!

Probably a fence. That's funny, too, because I've always kinda suspected that's what Ron was doing.

ETA BTW, if anyone's interested and hasn't figured it out, you can click the tabs at the top of the listings to sort by name, cis no., etc.

That's why I could not figure out the actual charge. I thought it was possession at first, but then looked again and saw "mfg." And I am trying to figure out how one "manufactures" marijuana. :waitasec:

Oh well, I guess if I have to be ignorant, drugs is what I want to be ignorant of.

Maybe Misty was telling the truth when she said JO knew all about bricking doors. The bricked door is what made me think they were moving stolen goods out of the MH. Hmm...might be a connection, after all.

If this is him [and it appears so], I wonder why they aren't charging him with evading arrest?

LOL Manufacturing marijuana means "growing pot". :)

Maybe it's what's manufactures after it's grown and harvested...IDK...seriously, IDK.

Why does this not shock me?

If GFH posted the bail I'm going to be pi$$3d, because I really want to like her

He was first booked at 7:57 PM so it had to be before then. If you can rewind the scan to, say, 6 PM...you might hear something.

So maybe the police in TN had a sting set up to catch Joe up like they did the flordia group. Joes charges are not as strong to scare him into making a deal maybe this is part of the investigation still and they needed a way in to search the computer for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 which could be supportive evidence that Misty told some truth. I do think this has to do with the Haleigh's case in some yet to be connected way.
Any search warrent information released yet?

Well, is meth made from marijuana? Really, I have no clue. If not, IMO it should have been separate charges.
