MADG - I know, that got my mind racing too - about trucker in Mexico/US ....

I remember Flora Hollers claiming that LE wouldn't take her calls...but now, it seems that they're calling her for information. I wonder if she told them to kiss her grits.

-Officer Wolfe observed marijuana plants growing near the rear door of the residence.

-Five marijuana plants were taken from the back yard.

Doesn't he live at home with his mother and step father?

Joe got arrested. Interesting. (don't mean anything by that, it's just interesting to me).

My response? ~Yawn~ Haul them all in as soon as they break one single itty bitty law.

Where's Haleigh?

  • #166
Well I guess that's all the excitement for tonight. I'm off to bed as soon as I water my plants...yep, I am manufacturing geraniums on my deck and I have to water them at night since it has been too hot during the day to water. Nite all.

Is geraniums code for something??? Haha just kidding!! :blowkiss:

If yes, say apples...if not, say grapes :rolling:

Never mind the question of why someone would grow pot out in full view, but would that mean that they could possibly be looking at charges when they return?

  • #168
I understand there were narcotics there. I was just confused why no charges listed.
mysticrose said, upthread, that they can detain him and not charge him for a couple/few days.

72 hours, and I think that's pretty standard in most states.

possibly more charges to come re: "after receiving information that Joseph Overstreet and suspects responsible for an overnight aggravated assault and attempted robbery were there."
Obviously he is "under suspicion" for crimes committed, and this one is VIOLENT - JMO

That is violent, B. So Jo is into robbing people too? My thing is this, when did Ron supposedly rob that drug dealer, or was that a rumor? If this really happened....when? Was it before Jo got to Satsuma or while he was there?

Seems like Ron and Jo have something in common. JMO of course

there is a synthetic marijuana, that's manufactured somehow, but Joe doesn't strike me as the type. I would think it would be expensive & kind of businessy. It's legal in some places, & sold in tobacco stores-mainly so dopers can get high & still pass their drug tests. I've actually thought about trying it, since it is legal, just to see if it it's any good.
just read in TODAY's paper, that they're gonna outlaw this stuff here, so if I'm gonna try it, I'd better do it before January, lol...

Yep, they were both standing out front when LE showed up, for one thing. LOL

Also, re: JOs "vacation in Satsuma" - his g/f was driving a cadillac. Not saying all that drive this type of car are into drugs, but who at that age could afford one?

Was it hers or could it have been a rental? Does anyone know?

I dont want a time out for namecalling, so I am really sitting on my fingers here. But LOL! Who hides their licence with their dope/paraphernalia?? You really can't make this stuff up.

OMG!

NEWS!

I'm late to the party - and working - someone tell me quick - are we happy about this! ?? Yes??!!

Is Joe in custody at last? Oh I wish I had time to read...

*oh snap!*

Ole' Granny Flo
She told us so!

*puts Joe back up on the list, right under Ron*

IMO they would not have been watching him this hard, were it not for Haleigh.

gosh darn it all - is it lookin' more and more like Haleigh was lost over one of Ron's stupid drug deals?

Just keeping important papers together.
