Not all families celebrate with relatives on Dec. 24 and Dec. 25. We have even celebrated with my family as early as Dec. 17 so everyone else could be with inlaws or other immediate family. Just a thought.

you know. i don't know how someone could have such a good memory of another person they were on a bus with 10 years ago. three years ago i took a hellish trip across the states back to canada, and i've tried to block out some of the people on that bus. i don't think i would really be able to remember anyone. i can picture them, but they've generically melded in with other people in my mind over time. that guy either has a great memory or is an attention seeker.

12 years ago, I was living in Indonesia.......I took many bus trips, & they are blended together in a mishmash of memories.......of generic trips & destinations...

However....one trip stands out clearly , in my mind......
I was seated next to a Dutch guy, who`s racist utterances, made me grind my teeth almost to the gum.....
To this day, someone only has to mention racism, for a vivid picture of this creep, to pop into my mind.....
Along with the mental pic of him , comes full technicolour sight , sound, smell, of others on the bus & our surroundings...the mind is a strange thing.

I can also tell you , with total certainty, the date of this trip....as it was my birthday....

Plus a neighbor who said he was there helping her move furniture that day before he and his family went to his brother's place, and a "thank you" note he sent his brother.

Another thing: this "witness" said this happened at about 12:30 AM.

One: Werner Spitz put the time of death around 1:00 AM.

Two: It's a sizable walk from their house to the Boulder bus stop. For him to get there BY 12:30, he must have started feeding her the pineapple before everyone was asleep yet!

Where does it state that He John Karr sent a thank you note? I heard his wife sent one about her 3 boys visiting a baby. No mention of John Karr. Does the note even say thank you for the visit on Dec. 25th? Is speculation again being made as FACT?

The note is said to be written by the wife. Not sure if the note states December 25th specifically.

I just think there is way too much emphasis being put on a picture. Many times someone has another person as his/her alibi. They say they were with them at that time...and that's the end of that. I suppose the credibility of the person who gives the alibi will come into play...but it's up to the DA to prove this isn't true.

The authorities are going to have to be able to place him at the crime scene...be it DNA or some other evidence.

So we have many people saying he was home with them for Xmas. Karr said the DNA won't match. Unless the DA has something else...then this guy will be sent packing back to California.

Xactly lb, you nailed it. JMK, the great impostor; the look-alike that perfected himself over the last ten years; he is modeling the JonBenet killer. Got inside info from Tracey, given to Tracey by the BPD investigator, and JMK knows "unpublicized inside info." Wallah, as if by magic.

I hope y'all realize you are going to have to have a DNA match to convict me, or place me in Boulder on Christmas Day, 1996. or on the day after; my alleged confession is not going to do it for you.

DNA. Henry Ree, said years ago, 'iz no a dna caze'. He said that a long time ago. Has anyone heard his take on dna lately?

I would like to see what his days activities include, when he is not commenting on dna. HE must live an interesting life.

DNA will tell a story, wonder what other stories we will hear before this is all over?

Also wonder when the case will get rolling and going?

I was curious about his first court appearance, 6:30 in the evening? May be a safety issue, most folks gone for the day.

Hard to have HARD proof about just where you were on any given night 10 years ago. Where were you on Dec 25, 10 PM 1996, who were you with, and HOW would YOU prove it?

WE had a great exercise in church today, the left half of folks in church had to watch the same movie as the right side of the church. Basketball tossing, half of the people with the basketball had on black shirts and the other half had on white shirts. Each side of the church had to count the number of times the ball was tossed by a shirt of their color, black or white.

Movie clip ended and we were waiting to holler out our numbers, BUT, minister asked us how many of us saw the gorilla walk into the midst of the ball tossers and stay there for eight seconds. FEW people saw the gorilla. WE were intent on a detail, and totally missed the gorilla.

Did get my slow cooked Mexican style pork roast in the oven and have to run to the store, but think the rest of the day I'll time it. I'll post for 1/2 hour then quickly do a chore. Post another 1/2 then run and do a chore, etc etc etc I am sooooo bad! :angel:
