Can someone explain to me a simple timeline that describes what was said about the car, for example,

naynay tells police she junked the car...
tells le that amber borrows the car and then possibly someone throws mistys clothes out??? I would think amber would not cover up for her friend and admit this since it involves a major crime, but who knows what friends will do....

Sorry Im being lazy but I cant find time type of timeline anywhere on the net. I just get bits and pieces from different websites. I also asked on arts site but havent had much of a reply, Im also trying to find out where this ties in with the 'fake' crimescene that everyone is talking about and the rose that was reportedly found. I believe it was misty that told of the rose, and then cobra or le or someone did find a plastic rose at the fake crimescene, I dont know, too much information out there to disect what is true or false. Thanks to all you posters I now have more homework to do lol.

OK, where did we originally come up with the NN's car info? i.e., description - make/model/year/color, photos, "fact" that it was taken to a junkyard, etc.

I recall NN mentioning that Amber got the car stuck somewhere and had to get assistance being pulled out of sand or mud on the AH video.

[btw - why did AH never put up the Amber video? He had indicated that he would be putting it up as part 3 of his video interviews when he put up the WBG and NN vids as Pt 1 and Pt 2.]

Also, where did the "Amber pouring blue fluid all over contents of trunk" stuff originate?

These are not meant to be annoying nor rhetorical questions. I think it is important that we go back and figure out what these bits of conventional wisdom are based on (especially since I have repeated them as "fact" in the past and I have no idea if they are or not.)

That sure does look like Nay's car though. She must have removed the tags to be sure it would be junked...I don't know. It is WAY to difficult to try and think like them.

For your first question re: the tags - In Florida, no insurance = no license plate.

It is entirely possible that LE took the tags because there was no insurance. Or maybe she never had a tag, or perhaps whoever owned the car before her kept the tag for their new car. I think that when you transfer a title in FL, the old license plate stays in the transferor's name and the new owner must get a new license plate, or use their previous one.

[This probably doesn't make a bit of sense for which I do apologize. I will try to find something from the FL Dept of Motor Vehicles that is written better.]

Section IX,
The seller of a motor vehicle should retain the license plate so it can be transferred or exchanged for a replacement license plate. If a replacement vehicle is not purchased, no refund is permitted per section 320.15, Florida Statutes. Credit is allowed towards the purchase of another license plate only during the remainder of the registration period.
If the seller does not transfer the license plate to another vehicle, he/she should cancel the insurance and surrender the license plate to avoid a driver’s license suspension.

The triplex he lives in, who all lives there, is this the drug/prostitution house?
Has this house/area been searched? Where is it located?
What is Ron's relationship with Jerome? What is Misty's relationship with Jerome?
Are Misty, Nay Nay, and Amber Jerome's "MULES"? Drug dealers use young girls as mules to carry drugs. The dealers get their UNDERAGE MULES hooked and supply them with drugs for free so they carry or mule their supply to sell. If they are selling and their mule gets caught holding the drugs the dealers are free and clear, and the mule goes to jail on a lesser charge than an adult.

I hope we can open a thread on him one day. Most of what has been said came from Art's site, KP and Cobra. LE was hopeful that Jerome was going to be their big break in helping out with the Haleigh case and that was a bust.

When was LE ever hopeful that Jerome was going to be their big break?

NOBODY has lived in the tri-plex since June, as far as I can tell. It's right behind Winn-Dixie and the Huddle House, as I posted earlier on this thread.

Art Harris comes to Putnam County, Florida, for 5 days and in one fell swoop uncovers a prostitution and drug ring?! Kinda far-fetched, especially if you believe all of the bulls hit about our "local corruption."

Maybe somebody pushed her off the road..not outta the mud.

There could be a huge connection,i think Tommy is up to his ears in this.

There could be a connection or Tommy was trying to figure out what Jerome was up to and if he knew who harmed Haleigh. All I ever heard was Tommy liked pot (alot) and so did misty. Maybe he wanted Jerome to take over his plants at the mondex...just guessing here. Maybe tommy was the one who leaked the mondex thing to LE. Maybe TC knew about Mondex or maybe Jerome told him that is where the plants/pot is.

If true, and he visited, it was either over buying some pot, storing some pot or getting info on Haleigh or Nay or misty.

If you asked me it looks as if a truck pushed her out, who has a truck? or perhaps they got stuck and the van (mistys family van with the scratches) is the one that pushed her out, that may explain the scratches on the van??? im just grasping at straws and thinking out loud but Im sure it was a much bigger vehicle to have had made those dents like that.

I REALLY wish we had access to le files to determine how well naynays car was checked out and to find out what type of vehicle pushed her out and if Amber was ever interviewed about what exactly happened with the car, why was amber in the mud in the first place...too many questions unanswered. :waitasec:

My husband managed and owned auto bodyshops for many years. My opinon: A big four wheel drive truck (high off the ground) probably with push bars in the front. Bumper on Lincoln was way too low to be pushed by this truck thus the trunk part of the Lincoln was damaged. A trunk will dent inward before a heavy a** Lincoln will move. Someone who didn't know their a** from a hole in the ground tried to push this heavy Lincoln. In my very younger days I stupidly let some fool push my vehicle out of the sand. Their vehicle's bumper did not match up with my bumper and caused severe damage to my trunk. ...........That's why I know........:blushing:

Whisperer could also be absolutely correct. Someone in a truck could also have rammed the Lincoln from behind and caused it to go off the road and get stuck. The dent is pretty bad.

It seems to me that you would have to have the keys to the Lincoln in order for it to be pushed. You would have to take the car out of park so that it would roll and you would need the car started in order take it out of gear wouldn't you? Someone knows who pushed the car from the stuck position. Didn't Amber borrow the car, then she should know who she got to push the car.
