My Opinion Only: I think the reason Jodi wanted the interview ONLY if she got murder one was so that she COULD threaten suicide and be sent the Psyc Ward. The security is looser (or more loose) and I think she and her minions will to help her escape. Remember the guy not too long ago that escaped and was found in downtown Phoenix? Only with Jodi she will certainly not linger in PHX, but will quickly go underground.

I must say, I love the title of this thread.

Jodi's family visited her the night of the verdict in the jail she had been in. Wonder if she went ape siht while they were there or when they left and the decision was made to move her.

Being in close watch may well mean she is in physical restraints. Bet she is a wild one! Maybe they can get ALV to come over and calm her down.

I dont think it was the bomb threat because why would only TA family be escorted and not JA family then.
Also, JA mom would not care if it was unrelated to her case and she was worried specifically about her jury for JA.
The more I think about it, i do think JA caused some disturbance that directly threatened TA family.

If so, shackle her from this point on and duct tape her mouth. IMO of course.

This is nearly impossible for the Defense to now present something in the Aggravation phase. Their client was convicted of 1st Degree Premeditated Murder (doesn't get worse than that)

AND she is sticking to her fabricated story that she an innocent woman who was beaten and almost killed a few times and she is 100% innocent and should go free (Oddly they never argued that on her side, they just tried to keep her off death row) If I were innocent and truly a victim of DV I'd be saying SCREW LWOP? get me OUT! That S.O.B. beat me to within an inch of my life 4 times and a half (half being my bent finger) I want to leave this jail right now!

Um, but no, they went jabbering for 4 months about why she rents white cars, and where the floor mats are isn't that funny, they didn't put them in her new rental and gosh, her power went out as she entered Arizona like something out of star trek, miraculously came back in Utah god love em, those Utahians have great cell towers.

So now um don't put me to death because I am innocent is all she can argue? Who the heck cares that she helped a little old lady across the street in 1991 when she was at the mall, or that she fed a stray kitten (before she strangled it) ok kidding.

YOU are innocent or you are not. She better get up there and the only thing she can say is YOU are all wrong about him, he is a killer not me!

Then they will give her the death penalty because she is a cold blooded interview giving murderer.

I watched those videos again this morning - suddenly dawns on me how totally illogical and irrational she is. Why ask for the death penalty if she believes the jury got it wrong? Why not state she's going to fight for appeal! You know, she just became very uninteresting to me. May her self-consumption swallow her up.

since everyone who was in the courtroom when this 'incident' happened has been told to zip it or else, it sounds like she did something they saw or heard.
somebody here posted----and i'm not trying to start a rumor----that she refused to enter the courtroom. like i said, i don't know if that's true but it sounds like something she'd pull. so maybe she was back there yelling and the people in the courtroom heard her, and what she said.
follow that up with a trip to chambers, where i'm thinking the witch told JSS she wants to fire her DT. after all, this conviction is all THEIR fault---not HERS. so on to an evaluation to see if she's competent.

that's my theory anyway, and i don't know anything more than the rest of us----just sounds like the petulant, narcissistic brat we know she is.

That theory sounds as good as any. She no longer needs her DT at all because in her mind they FAILED her even though she probably forced them to go with the approach they used.

The important phase is over and she LOST so she no longer needs the DT so I could see her fighting with the DT and trying to boot them off her case.

Since Jodi was never in the courtroom yesterday, is it possible there is a route to the Judge's chambers that would not require she pass through the courtroom?

I hope it was something like that - having a meltdown! The Jury needs to see this piece of work behaving like her true self. If they need a reason to rid the world of this vermin, that should do it....

I watched a little more of the Fox post-verdict interview. *shiver* That is one ice water-veined murderer.

When she talked about praying for the jury, I think that she meant that she mentally submitted her wish list. She didn't mean that she was praying on their behalf. She was praying that God would give her jurors she wanted. It seems like her idea of spirituality is mostly about getting what she wants.

This makes me think of Josh Powell. So calm and but contrived. But look what a horrible monster he really was. When that house went up in flames it was the most helpless news to watch. I think Jodi Arias is capable of that affect. Spiking her conversations with faith and prayer is not one bit believable. Her attorneys and mitigation specialist should be cautious.

I posted this on the wrong thread. I just want to say I was upset when the jury did not come back on Monday with a M-1, however in retrospect I am really, really glad they did not. Numri, I believe, would use a quick verdict for a mistrial, stating the jury came back too soon, they must have watch the news, etc. my opinion only.

Uninteresting is right. People really shouldn't get upset by any interviews or maneuvers on her part. She's a loser. A loser at life many times over and now she's a loser at trial. She's being very typical. Don't let the her last desperate gasps rile you.

JA DT did not know about the voicemail she send . none of us knew about it before it was aired... JA did not tell them about it . the DT must have seen the interview the same time as the public did. cause they was not present for the last interview shown of JA.On one hand they are hired to save her life. then we have JA that states she wants the death penality on her secret misson that aired after she was convicted of 1st degree murder.... the right thing for the DT to do is asked to be excused from this case.
