I wish I had not gone to look -- I made the mistake of reading the sentence immediately under that photo!! I can feel my blood pressure going through the roof!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hell is a place too good for Jodi Arias!!!

I really should have taken your word for it and not looked. I wonder if we could persuade the hacker group Anonymous to make that go away...probably not, but I like the thought.

Seems to me people are far beyond offended. Calling for the utter ruin of any person who has defended Arias, or who is any way associated with her or her defense, is nothing less than hysteria. There has been a mob mentality gathering up ugly energy for months. Not even the murder one conviction has assuaged it. People here are making jokes about "the needle," about pain and suffering, and calling for water boarding torture, electric shocks and the guillotine. It's backward, frightening, uncivilized and shameful.

As Much I as I want her to get the ultimate punishment for this crime, I have to agree. People have attacked the DT and they are just doing their job. I can not imagine walking into this trying to save her and have her just make it so dang hard. I want her punished.. I would be good with her having hard labor for the rest of her life in a coal mine..

But I agree, Some people need to take a breath and make sure they are thinking with justice in mind, Not vengeance.

Deception detection expert analysis on the post conviction interview.

Jodi Arias Interview analysis by Deception Detection Expert Phil Houston - YouTube

That is an interesting clip, Justice.

I have been trying to avoid her interview, but from that snippet in there, chick is clearly delusional. She seems to seriously think the jury would not find her guilty of premeditation. She thought it would be felony murder.

No wonder they felt a need to get her head examined!

I love the way she told the reporter in the voice mail - "I tend to get back at 6 or 630", like it depends on if she has errands to run, might need to stop at the grocery store or something!

hey, she's a very busy person. she has people to meet! places to go!!!!

this is what i mean. ALL her communications sound like this.

IMO, more's going on than just a psyche hold for suicide watch. Jodi's Mother was there. Any psych Dr would have evaluated whether or not the Mother would help or hinder the situation. Basically, you don't send Mom away from a suicidal daughter until the situation has been evaluated.

Jodi's holding THEM hostage. Not the other way around.

Thinking back to the beginning of Trial and how "chilly" it was at the Defense Table I'm surprised Jodi even got a pat.

Could be worse! If JW knew JA was going to do an interview immediate after the verdict she probably would give JA a slap on the face instead! :floorlaugh:

Most trials I have witnessed or read about, the convicted killer has laughed about the murder or told the family the victim deserved it and it is a mockery of our system. This has hurt so many families but I do believe she will get to do that.

Sadly, most of the trials I have seen the killer has been able to say awful things as the prior posters have said. Now that she has been convicted, the only thing we can say is 'consider the source' and know that the majority of the world does not believe her. The ones that do....consider the source!

i read an article awhile ago how troy had gone to the jail spent a long time w. jodi, but agreed not to print because it was all off the record - which i thought was weird because he is suppose to be a reporter, and how he had been visiting and talking w/ her since, this was the report where it showed all the inmates holding up signs saying free jodi, so either he has been cultivating her for this exclusive to launch his career or he has also fallen under her spell idk which

Troy said this was "the most important interview" of his career.
Poor guy.

Unfortunately, while the killer is on psych watch she can't be put on the chain gang. dang it.

I think that's exactly why the murderer did that interview. She knew how to phrase her suicidal ideation so that she would be put under watch at a different facility. The murderer didn't want to go back to the jail (and her peers) as the defeated killer clown she truly is.

So, in the ninja story, did Jodi ever explain how the mixed blood dna got on the wall?

I just don't understand why the Sheriff let her get away with that. Perhaps he did it to let her hang herself so to speak, and maybe the Sheriff spoke to JM to make sure he was aware as well. All that said, for someone who apparently prides himself on his tough jail etc etc, why let a convicted felon do something like that? I don't get it. They should have made her wait til the trial is over

I agree, seems unfair for her to have a public forum during her trial. I can't think of anyone else who has done that.

Anyone have knowledge of a defendant doing that at this juncture? Just curious.

Good afternoon everyone! I am a 75 year-old grandmother, born, raised and living in a very small town in Indiana. My interest in this case started with the 48 Hours broadcast of 'Picture Perfect' and eventually led me to this site where I have monitored the discussion ever since. And yes, the eventual verdict of 'GUILTY' brought tears of relief to my eyes!

However, as most know, the saga is far from over. This idiot thinks she can charm everyone with her charming (?) demeanor by using REVERSE PSYCOLOGY. Consider the following statements from the after conviction interview:

"I was just overwhelmed." and "My mind went blank." - Really, another cloud? :banghead:

"It was unexpected." - It's your EGO!

"There was no premeditation on my part." - Oooooookay, Gun - Rental Car - Borrowed Gas Cans - Change of Hair Color - Another Gas Can - Dead Cell Phone - and the Handy Knife (I seriously wonder if this wasn't stolen from her dad who owned a restaurant and would have owned butchering knives!)

"The worst outcome for me would be a natural life." - Can you please define what 'NATURAL' means, in your way of thinking?

"I said years ago that I would rather get death than life and that is still true today." - Maybe so, but you also said: IF I WAS GUILTY, I WOULD BEG FOR THE DEATH PENALTY!

We all heard "No jury would convict me. Mark my words!" I think she ran into a brick wall when she got to the courthouse yesterday and learned that her lawyers had not brought civilian clothes for her to change into and threw a conniption fit. (It is my thought that is what her family member was referring to when they were overheard saying that they hoped the jury didn't hear/see that.) I also think her outburst is what pushed her lawyers over the edge, where they in turn requested to be taken off of her case.

Be patient everyone; Juan, the judge and the system are working. Justice is on it's way!

BBM~~~~~

Agree! I thought the same thing!

yeah, think richard allen davis. remember the horrible, cruel things he said to mark klaas?

i wanted to VOMIT.

My personal opinion is much of the outrage comes from frustration with the justice process. The fact that JA seems to have more rights than Travis and his family in this trial is angering.
The fact that the DT can make unjustified comments, and it's 'just doing their job' means changes need to be made in the way our legal system is willing to allow a victim who is unable to speak be treated that way.
While I think some people can go to far, for the most part as long as they are not threatening harm, these forums are a place they feel safe to share their opinions and frustrations.

i have seen interviews like this, right after and right b4 verdicts, but they are ususally on things like dateline, 48 hrs where it is not aired 30 mins after the verdict comes out and b4 court has completed all the sentencing

I can feel it in my bones, Gus Searcy is invovled in this disaster that resulted in Travis being murdered in some way or another. My gut says that little man was helpful in planning a scam with a phone capable of recording phone conversations. I have nothing to base that on other than he is the source of the phone involved and his great sympathy for the murderer. JMO - he is up to his eyeballs in that phone tape.

I dunno if he's involved in this case or not, I suspect we'll never know. But there's something very very WRONG about this guy. I mean seriously wrong. It would not surprise me in the least if months or years from now we hear he's been indicted for something nasty. Just MOO.

I agree. I'm always particularly bothered when people attack lawyers for "defending criminals." Somebody has to do it (no, seriously, they have to - read the Sixth Amendment), and I for one am glad somebody does.

But where is it written that the defense team get to slander and slaughter the victim all over again just to defend their client?

Hmmm? No. I don't think so.

I want her to get the DP so she cannot manipulate other inmates and have another love interest i.e female. She doesn't take break ups easily. IMO she will probably be doing the guards on death row. Tick ....tick... tick... Jodi wants death, so I hope and pray the jury gives it to her.

Regarding Troy Hayden doing his job and giving society what it wants.

Whatttt? I didn't want it.

And I am a bit tired of seeing journalists cozying up to and sympathizing with murderers, terrorists, politicians and foreign enemy leaders all in the name of a story. How about being hard hitting and being tough? I am 65 and haven't seen a good journalist in thirty years at least. They are wimps.

I agree. I couldn't care less if a news station gets a scoop. What I care about is they have just trampled over Travis Alexander's grave to get it.
They pander to an unbelievably cruel murderer and allow her a forum to slander him again. I've listened to enough of her sadistic lies, why go solicit more?
