I think in one of the shower photos of Travis with his hands clutched to his chest....i've always thought that he was praying. While he was in the shower I believe he did a lot of praying before that B@#$# showed back up.

People want to know what good "we" get out of obsessing over these trials. Most people think it's because we want all the Gorey details, and for sensationalism. I do it because I want to see justice for the family members, and to see the perpetrators getting what they deserve. Hearing the words, "premeditated murder, guilty" was a rush! Seeing the family members elated, was a rush. Seeing Jodi Arias gasp, was a rush. Just knowing 12 people heard the same evidence as me, and came to the same conclusion, was a rush. That's justice! If I were starting my life over again, I'd be a prosecutor. I can't think of any job that would be more rewarding. These men and woman are real heros!

Thanks isn't enough for your post. I totally agree with everything you said----except I don't think I could be a Prosecutor----takes a tremendous amount of energy I could never sustain. But I certainly do admire the good ones!

Never going to find a pamplet on how to kick your pedophile habit. In Mormonism no sexual sin is worse than another. There are pamphlets on sexual sin and they cover pedophile tendencies, same sex attraction, pre-marital sex, watching , adultery, babies born out of wedlock and masterbation. It is all under one big umbrella.

I don't think JA would have been good enough at Photoshop to do that, I think her teeth have actually moved position .. she had braces at one point .. they're looking bad now hey?

Good post. I think she truly is desolate. I'd feel sorry for her, but I think she's known for a very long time that others are having emotions she is not having. It's why she's so full of jealousy. She could have done what the rest of us do...seek help!

OH LOL can you imagine all the fake evidence she wanted in! What was it ... photos of her sister in the desert the same day as the gun theft break in? Also those photos of her with browny blonde hair hanging with that black lab, I don't see why anyone is sure that was even in 2008, but she got those in. And yeah, why not photoshop some bruises onto a few old snaps, there's no real way of telling is there!

Can one photo shop something like that REALY oh my.

100% agree with that ... the interview was for the jury! Bags out everyone but them. Says she wants DP but asks for it to be removed as option the next morning. Did not expect to get moved to the psyche ward over it, but thank god she was, she would have given interviews all weekend! It's all just more of the same transparent manipulation, she still thinks she's good at it, she doesn't realise how obvious she is. I do not expect JA to wake up to herself ever, also she has no mitigators she said it herself, she knows legally there's nothing they can say. Aggravators yes, Mitigators no = DP.

I had considered that when I was first learning about the case but the more I learned about their relationship, I decided she was probably hoping to rock his world one more time in the sac in hopes he'd consider a reconciliation.

JA teeth looked like mine because I didn't wear my retainer like i was supposed to. The teeth that have moved back are the same as what mine did. I'm sure she did whiting treatment. I need more pictures to look.

That split second when JA looks right in the camera during the question about mitigating factors is chilling. Her pathetic plea that she has no mitigating factors, so look at me that scared little girl who would be nice to others in prison is just even more manipulation. She's so transparent and doesn't even know it.

She's also already building her appeal based on her representation.

As to the difference in her smile. I figured that her teeth shifted because she hasn't had access to a retainer in almost 5 years and I didn't see her smile as childlike in court, so much as someone who is now embarrassed to smile and show her crooked teeth, because she is still so shallow. Just like I didn't think she wanted the jury to see her ill fitting clothes when she had to get up and demonstrate the linebacker pose.

One of the problems I have with the above, and I agree with your analysis by the way, lies in DP cases. There are also 12 people, who by the nature of the case, will be required to determine life and death based solely on what is presented in court during testimony. I can think of nothing that can make the burden of that decision less heavy upon them than the truth. This case, and a few others in particular, have demonstrated to me that the words prejudicial and probative need to be refined to the degree of insuring that a jury in a DP case decision is never tortured by their ultimate decision whether it includes death or not.

Lies, or even unverified accusations, should never be allowed in a court of law. The trial shouldn't be about how well can we snow the jury, but about finding out the truth.

Sadly, defenses seem to be more about hiding/perverting the truth to escape justice. Not the way it's supposed to work.

Yes, how awful for a jury trying to decide DP in the best of cases. Imagine how awful they'd feel if they voted to acquit instead, only to learn the defendant and her DT had completely falsified evidence! That creature could have been walking the streets freely!
