Aggravated waiting for the aggravation phase #6

I think it's funny that she's saying she's not evil? Please she's the epitome of wicked.

I think if she has her little pencils, she will be scribbling.

That won't win her any points with the jury, but it just might get her that ultimate freedom she is longing for. Scribbling would be total disregard for anything the Alexanders have to say. Not that she cares. I want her to face the music with her facing them. I hope she is forced to do just that.

Juror 8 on Dr. Drew tomorrow night...omigosh!!!!!!!!!!!

I do have mixed feelings about this, though, b/c who knows he could say something that makes the defense do something different in their mitigation presentation...that's what I'm worried about. I'm super glad he waited this long, but I was hoping for all the jurors to speak AFTER the penalty phase....
that defense team aka Jodi is very sneaky she will change her manipulation based on what the juror 8 says.

Can she and would this be tomorrow?

I don't know for a fact that she can, but I would think she can if she insistes. This would be Thursday, tomorrow is for aggravation stage of the hearings, Thursday should be mitigating factors, if any. :twocents:

Interesting picture on twitter shows shower scenes from Psycho next to pictures JA took of Travis. pic.twitter.com/uFGC4IYrxn

The psycho shower shoot was no coincidence. Jodi copied Hitchcock on purpose. How startling and terrifying for Travis. What is the substance running from his nose and over his lips in the close-up of his handsome face? Are there tears? His eyes are red. His retinas are intense. He is cooperating with his killer. Then, there's the fight outside the shower. Juan said the spatter at the sink is when Travis' head was slashed twice; once with enough force to cause a divot in the skull causing him to cough blood as he's dripping from multiple wounds. He can see her evilness when he coughs blood onto his mirror. And that's just the beginning of the extreme cruelty Travis endured. The jury will give her the isolation on death row that she deserves. May Travis' dear legacy live in the hearts of those who miss him.

Exactly, and her DT better pull her hair back so she doesn't hide behind that wall of hair.

Oh are you actually expecting them to be on time? :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Nope. especially since someone tweeted there was some problem with some evidence that she claims was hidden and wants introduced. Einsteins brain is always scheming.

Wait a minute now - Tomorrow is Wednesday in our country. It is trash day here where I live...I already lost a day last week because of this trial.....

I sure do, I also believe KN and JW have warned her against it, but being in charge and having the IQ of a true brainstein, yup, she's going to take the stand and brag herself up. Let's just hope they don't allow her to go for 18 days, it will be like a rerun of OJ Simpson's low speed chase in slo-mo. :floorlaugh:

BBM- I have been reading here too much the past few days. I totally read that as "Brainstain" 3 times! I'm like WTH? :floorlaugh:

Quote from Monica Lindstrom:

"I think the Jury in State v. Arias always agreed on First Degree Premeditated Murder. After their initial review of instructions and evidence I believe they were trying to all agree on Felony Murder. Felony Murder can be a difficult concept to grasp; in this case, you had to believe the gun was Travis Alexander's to believe she "stole" it."

:drumroll:

According to this person then, seven jurors believed it was TA's gun? Sure. Seems completely plausible. :help:

That said, I still can't quite figure out the 7/5 split on felony murder. After the first stab, any reasonable person can assume TA would no longer welcome his murderer in the home. It's felony murder. Not sure how five didn't find for that.

Not that it matters, all 12 popped her for premeditation, which is as guilty as you can get.
