Aggravated waiting for the aggravation phase #6

I bet in the past 5 years Jodi has brushed up on AZ law. Other states allow interviews in the prisons, not AZ. Once Jodi is transferred to prison all interviews will cease. Hence the reason for her wanting that post verdict interview so quickly, before she was silenced for good.

I honestly think not being able to speak to the media is going to kill her quicker than the needle.

Yes .. any thoughts on why she was so specific on Troy interviewing her straightaway if Murder 1, but leaving it to sentencing for Murder 2 or lesser .. perhaps because the final sentence is in the hands of the jurors who are not supposed to see media for M1, but in the hands of the judge who can for M2?

Guess she just wanted the last word without it damaging her .. epic fail.

thinking about Travis Alexander and the way he lived. to me it seems like he was an open book. doors not locked anyone can come and go. he had gathering at his home with all sort of different friends. it tells me he was too trusting. sad that he got slaughtered for believing in CKJA. but my guess is CKJA knew that Travis Alexander with his kind heart will never supect that CKJA was going to slaughter him..

I just realised we'll most likely never hear from Jodi again, she's been stopped by the judge from talking to media for the rest of this trial, and from there it's prison, most likely death row, but either way no media interviews. Unless she testifies in court from here on in, we'll never have to hear her again.

Finally.

It will be a wonderful day in the neighborhood.

If she gets the DP, it will be like watching the Wizard of Oz when Dorothy squashed the wicked witch from the west. imo She's scary.

I think you are exactly right. She knew this would be the last chance to get in the last word in an interview she controlled. I hadn't looked at it quite that way before.

True Confession:

The typing classroom was connected to my Sr. Lit. classroom by a closed door.

I sat at the back of my class near that door so that I could hear the cue; i.e., the teacher's voice in that next room commanding loudly and clearly, "Ready!?!... BEGIN!"

This meant, of course, that another timed typing test had just commenced.

Then, 11 or 12 seconds later, to the sound of student fingers tapping fast and furiously on those typewriters, Yours Truly would open the door, reach around the door frame, flip off the light switch, and quickly shut the door.

Yes, mayhem would ensue.

Curiously, I was able to repeat the feat twice more in the following days, much to my and my classmates' great delight and entertainment.

Oh, the shame of reliving my delinquency. :blushing:

You are a hoot!

I agree, I think JA is a control freak

Yes, well thanks to ALV, as much as she shot herself in the foot, she still re-einforced the fact that men are abused by women. So, in a twisted way, she assisted with the DV model.

I still have hope that ALV will not get away with what she did to real DV victims. That somewhere there will be consequences for her, too. What I could stand to listen to, and it was not that much, was worse than the blatant, but much more harmless lies she got caught out on.

I found ALV to be a purely malignant character who has messed up many lives. I can't even imagine the harm she has done in her "groups" alone.

Wow, my post mutltiplied. Deleted it. Took two tries. hmmm

Nevermind. It was just a post about Felony Murder 1 and conditions. It looked to me like stealing grandpa's gun was why they chose felony murder on top of premeditated murder. One other condition I feel that Jodi has done is to terrorize the family. Last interview she still went after Travis & his family. That's torture. On top of that, she wanted video taped responsed on the VIS! ogmab

Posted to your now deleted humongous post :floorlaugh:

ALL jurors voted for Premeditated Murder, which is Murder1. It won't be overturned based on the burglary felony murder explanation.

Tomorrow is going to be a tough day for the family. Lighting a candle and praying this is over for them soon.

LOL someone said Brainstien In reference to high IQ Arias a few pages back and I kept reading it as Brainstain.

Haha

Haha is right! I missed that. A bit slow on the up take here. I have only seen Stabby. Brainstain ™ really makes more sense.

:please: But, but ... the manifestos?

I took typing way back my freshman year with old Remington typewriters that had blank keys. There was a large pull down like a map in front of the class that we had to stare at to figure out what keys we had our fingers on. Now that's cruel! I caught on pretty good and suggested it to my grandchildren who have been on computers since they were 3. They have a funky type of typing that moves there fingers just right. It's bizarre to watch but they are accurate and fast as heck.

Turn the lights off! Were you anywhere near an Ohio school back then?

:seeya:

If I had to lay money on Jodi's future, it doesn't look very good. I say premed, 1st degree, the death penalty. jmo
