For me though it was always she was a guest in his home and was no longer welcome after she started attacking him.travis never had a gun so couldn't be the other.

TA never had a gun but not knowing what any of the jurors were thinking at the time, in the event one of them believed JA he wanted to stress that her taking the fictional gun was theft.

He had two explanations for felony murder. If you believe her version and that the gun was Travis' then the felony was her taking his gun and then bringing it with her when she fled. If you believe she stabbed him first or that the murder was otherwise premeditated, the moment she started stabbing him she was no longer welcome in his home and was thus an intruder.

Kind of a stretch, but, like I said, he was just covering all his bases.

I think there are two ways in which JA could have committed felony murder. Stealing Travis' gun and murdering him is one way. The other is, even if she did bring her own gun, after the first stab wound she was no longer welcome and committed a felony i.e. murder. That's how I understand it because JM covered both aspects.

Sure, "edify" is a valid word. It means to enlighten or instruct someone.

There is no such word as Jodi's "de-edify". You cannot un-enlighten or un-instruct someone.

She should have used a word such as "vilify", "malign" or "defame" when she was referring to what she didn't want to do to Travis and his reputation.

But Jodi sure showed the world how to "de-struct" a person and "destroy" their family. :stormingmad:

I thought the felony was that she remained in the home after she began her attack; at that point, she was no longer a "welcome visitor". The felony is the continued attack.

I'm watching some trial testimony again. It's great to watch it all knowing the verdict that has been given out by this jury. I cannot believe ALV said she LIKED working with JA. Even Nurmi admitted he doesn't like her 9 days out of 10 (it was a strategic statement but I believe it's close to the truth which is he doesn't like JA 10 days out of 10) ALV is...strange. What an *unusual* thing to say by a very *unusual person*. How can anyone like a manipulative savage murderer? Sick.

Rose ALV took the money to say what the DT needed her to say. The DT couldn't find anybody reputable to speak highly of the admitted murder so they got someone who needed the $$$$$.

And for that like anybody in the web of the murderer JA she has and will pay. ALV has so much baggage from her public fondness :floorlaugh::floorlaugh: of JA.
