I think today she will. I am sure whomever is coaching her for today (MS, JW, KN, etc.) will stress to her that it HAS to be said.

Wow, what a weird way to do it! Seems like the jury could hear the aggravation and mitigation witnesses, then go deliberate. I mean, why deliberate after only one side speaks?

That "bring in another jury" provision is something I've never heard of. I wonder if it's there mainly as a spur for the seated jury to agree on something rather than get replaced, and it seldom if ever comes into play?

The jury needs to find that her Mig facts out weigh the Agg facts in order to give her LWOP

I don't think KJA can even begin to show the jury this

I think Jodi will push too far and either Donovan will get into trouble or get disgusted with her. Jodi stops at nothing to get her way.

Donavan is already trying to insert how she feels herself in interviews, "I feel sad, so does Jodi"....I imagine Donavan gets ordered around, has a thankless job from Arias. I wonder how much money Donavan has spent on Arias and her family. When people start spinning and lying themselves for Jodi, they know deep inside that Jodi is guilty and they are losing a part of themselves for what? A cold blooded murderer that will turn around and blame them for not doing enough. Arias never takes responsibility for anything.

Wow, I ventured over to one of those sites supporting the Defendant. The comments there are so comical (and sickening at the same time) that they look like satire. They are planning something under the code name "Mission 1". Only triple verified posters get the sekrit :facepalm: password. Given their total inability to distinguish fact from insanity, I have no doubt their Mission 1 will be a total success. :floorlaugh:

Indeed it's a strange place. Denial of things even the defendant admitted to several times, including being the one to kill him. Are they conceding JA is a liar, but that what she lied about was the killing of TA? Their logic sounds like something I'd expect to hear from a group of paranoid schizoids in a group therapy session at a state mental hospital, and I think the actual parnoid schizoids would be more in touch with reality. :facepalm:

I think putting together the fact she pre-planned this interview with her comments about the jurors listening to things on hln. . . she hopes to make this an appeal issue.

I can hear her now:
"They only gave me the DP because they watched my interview- that they should not have watched. I only said that because I was so suicidal at the time. I mean it was only 20 minutes after my conviction. I need a new trial with a fair and impartial jury."

They should have 2 punishment options for her:
1) DP
2) LWOP with JVM playing on continuous loop for the rest of her days.

Hello folks! I've only been in briefly the past few days, but have truly enjoyed reading you all's posts. I purchased some ridiculously over-priced wireless earbuds expressly for the purpose of not getting caught listening to the trial at work anymore...lol. They wrap completely around the back of my head and I can cover the buds and the cord with my hair.... ETA: I wish I had done this during JM's cross of JA come to think of it....but I refused to miss the family finally getting their say.

Huzzah!!! I am winning....preparing for Miss Arias to be LOSING all day long.
