I just don't see how. The Jury spoke and said that they did not believe her DV story.. So why would ALV get up again?? To say how much she likes JA again?

If the DT puts ALV up there to speak for Jodi, it just proves to them that Juan was right! She wasn't objective, she became friendly with Jodi which made her unacceptable as an expert witness.

I think it will hit her precisely at the moment she hears the cell door close behind her and she is all alone. I think with all her BPD glory she can compartmentalize whatever is going on and drift away in her pretend-land. Part of her knows it's happening but another part of her is in complete denial of what's to come. It will hit her eventually.

Keep in mind she currently is in lockdown and has been for a week. That alone time must be driving her nuts

If she does stand up for herself expect more of the same. Travis was mean etc

BBM. Probably because they're about to start talking about her again, instead of blah-blah-blah-ing about Travis. It's boring for her when she's not the subject under discussion. Like today, she had to sit there and listen to Juan go on and on about Travis suffering (yawn). What a huge waste of her time. /sarcasm

Soon she gets to talk again, too, uf i understand correctly. She's probably "ready for her close-up."

Unbelievable! Juan tore her testimony to shreds, the jury didnt believe or like ALV.
What was the DT thinking? Can martinez cross her testimony again. Oh this is going to be super juicy.

I don't understand how they can use BPD, something introduced by the state, or really any other excuse at this point. Like you said the jury rejected their lies and theories of self defense, snapping, DV, pedophelia. The jury has embraced premeditation, that much we know. I'm sure the defense will do whatever they're going to do, morals and ethics aside but it strikes me as bizarre at best that now at this point they would use the state's diagnosis as something in their favor. If that makes any sense.

I would .. I'd be embracing it FAST .. it's the only explanation for why she flipped so badly and acted the way she did that the jury would have any sympathy for .. also the prosecution isn't really going to argue that since they opened that door. I don't think it's much of a mitigator anyway, but it's a lot better than trashing the victim

I think it would be most wise for the DT to re-think that strategic plan in light of the mess she made as one of their primary defense witnesses. It was clear from the jury questions that ALV had no credibility with them.

I'm betting they don't bring her back, even though that may have been their intent back in May of 2012. Unless I misread the date.

I wish a lip-reader would help us out. She talked to JW for quite a while in full view of the camera!

I love this clip from Day 43, she's just chatting away with JW, then notices the camera is on her and quickly puts her glasses back on and goes into actress mode. She is such a fake! I so wish the jury could see this...but I'm sure they will after the trial. Then they will know with certainty they made the correct decision.

She is happy that he is dead, therefore she will say that she is happy to leave a world so empty because Travis isn't in it.

She will accept the Death Penalty because she knows that she and Travis will be together forever in heaven. That's her faith and her religion gives her great comfort. (meanwhile the Mormon PR guys are holding their breath, hoping she doesn't refer anyone to LDS.org like she did in her pre-confession interview....)
