FAA issues 10 day flight restrictions in Texas: "special security reasons"

The NOTAM was issued from February 11 down at the southern U.S. border with Mexico.

THE FAA has suddenly closed the airspace over the 23rd largest city in the US.
No flights in or out until February 20th - citing National security.

This seems unprecedented and must be disruptive and somewhat frightening for the citizens of El Paso.
