If they didn't realize their employee and an inmate who left around 9am had escaped/were unaccounted for until 3pm, how can anyone there be sure there wasn't a physical or romantic relationship?
Even if they are 100% sure there was not a physical relationship during the time of his incarceration, how can they be sure there was not a romantic one between both or at least one of them? They can disappear for 6 hours in one day totally unnoticed, but they're sure those two never found a broom closet for 10 minutes to get it on or to whisper sweet nothings into one another's ears?
It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to classify whatever those two have going on as different or "special"
I almost wonder if its somesort of tactic, for authorities/investigators to minimize the relationship, to perhaps instill doubt, anger, or fear in Vicky that things are not as she thinks they are; that he used her, or has someone else on the outside he intends to be with instead, something to drive a wedge between the two?
I don't know, I'm just rambling. I just find it almost too coincidental that she hasn't seemed to have a partner or husband in quite some time, she risked everything/threw away everything to get this guy out, but authorities are saying she's not romantically or physically involved with him? Interesting.
