Ok... I searched on my desktop rather than my phone and found the post on SM from TT himself on July 26. He refers to DNV as his girlfriend. When directly asked if they were actually together at the time of her disappearance he said "we were together". The same person asked where CT was and he said CT is fine and with his mother because he was in jail and Danniella worked so often.

So he was in jail. hmmm. I know someone asked this before but maybe he was serving jail time for a previous arrest? Are there inmate records that are public record?

True. I agree. A couple of us have messaged her to ask if she would join us. I had an interest as she seemed to be the first person who challenged the FB group who seemed to stick to the facts as she knew them, not just back and forth with random thoughts. she seemed adamant in her claims and did not back down to the aggressive questioning she was receiving. I thought she would be a nice add here to find out information on the other side of this case. Of course we have to keep in mind the information is presumably provided indirectly from RC but so is the JDT information that keeps changing. And also, I am sure if it is true that RC, MK and DW interviewed with LE for hours they were advised not to discuss the case with anyone so we surely are not getting all the information.

Agree, and I hope she does join. Not saying I don't appreciate the insider info of course, but just like with every other case we ALL (myself included) have to be careful taking SM comments as fact.

Thank you. I don't know what to make of information from a friend of RC since RC wasn't with Danni after she left the Dublin. Are we dealing with opinions of RC as told to a friend, and that friend is now on Facebook presenting an opinion of the opinion?

TW works at Ollie's. The "timeline" said that RC was at Dublin's with MK, DW, DNV. TW posted to say she is close friends with RC and he was never at Dublin's. He last saw DNV at Heroes (where RC worked, near Dublin's) at 9:12pm - she said this is on CCTV showing RC hug DNV goodbye. TW said RC said he called DNV at 10:45 and got no response. TW then said that RC was interviewed for 3 hours by LE.

I take it as another anecdote like the other anecdotes. It would fit the timeline though: if RC called DNV at 10:45 she already left her phone at Dublin's on her way to the Shell Station.

I was trying to post a thought last night but the systems was very slow so I went to bed. I think this timeline is accurate. I am thinking, what if the plan was to buy some weed and the contact was DNV's. The plan was made prior to leaving Dublin to meet at the Shell Station. There was not any flashing of lights. DNV and DW arrive at the planned spot and DNV realizes she forgot her phone at Dublin, remembers placing it on a car while she looked through her purse for her keys or something ( I have done this). Since she knows the supplier she stays and DW goes to retrieve her phone and says she will meet him at Dublin. She never arrives, he cannot contact her so goes to Ollies. In his mind she knows the supplier so he would not be concerned anything bad happened so he would not think to go back to the Shell Station. Sounds like DNV would know several people who could supply weed and most seem to have a dangerous side to them. Maybe they saw DW leave the parking lot and was not happy she was with another fellow. MOO

Was JT her dealer?

I think they do but there is a charge of $9.99 per name/per case #

I'm trying hard to respect TOS so I'll just say I have found no evidence that TT was in jail or a secure facility on 7/18. If someone can present evidence, I'm happy to look at it. But the public records say what the public records say.

Our go-to is the closed FB group, how pathetic is that lol??
Maybe the public FB page will make a dent and at least get Danni’s case out there on FB!!

I'm trying hard to respect TOS so I'll just say I have found no evidence that TT was in jail or a secure facility on 7/18. If someone can present evidence, I'm happy to look at it. But the public records say what the public records say.

I have been trying to verify that since day one with no luck at all. It then came out that it was Rehab and then a facility ...

TT's very words were he was in jail. In my opinion what JDT states is irrelevant. She will protect her son and who can blame her. Everything folks have done to verify TT was in jail has appeared to fail, so to me this is a big question mark. Hopefully LE comes out and states who has been cleared but until then no one has been cleared IMHO.

I looked at the MPD blog today and there are several comments on the blog that aren't tips, but more questions about what is going on. One of the questions asked why they had not released any information on suspects, the friends, etc.

One of the members of the FB group asked if the blog was for asking questions so I am not surprised. Hopefully the blog does not get bogged down with questions about the friends and people who really want to offer tips are not scared off.

I wish Mobile County had JAIL VIEW like Baldwin County does. You just pop in somebody's name, and it shows you all of their arrests in the county. Mobile has 24 hr Bookings and a list of Who's In Jail currently. The only thing I can think of to look into previous arrests for free would be Arrested in Mobile. They have a FB page and a website. They post the 24 hr Bookings mugshots daily. It'll take some determination and patience to find what you're looking for though, especially if you don't have an exact date. They post screenshots, at least on their FB page, so there isn't a way to just search by name. You'd have to pour over photo after photo after photo...

I have done this but never really came up with anything. The problem is even if you find his picture ... say in April, there is no way of knowing how long he was in jail for, or if at least he was in jail on this particular day.

I suppose there is a difference between in Custody and in Jail. So was he (TT) in Police Custody and released shortly afterwards. People who are in Custody are often released quickly depending on the seriousness of their crime.

Would this be the reason no one can find records for TT being in Jail? He wasn't in Jail he was arrested for whatever reason and in custody for a short period of time. Then released from custody LE will be able to clear that.

For what it is worth I have searched 3 states (NC, KS and AL) for any indication of TT jail and have found zero. So, I think TT is going into a column on the list where the people with no alibi and not cleared by LE reside (this is a sizable list BTW).

JDT either didn't know of didn't want to share the location of TT from the beginning of this case and that is her preerogative. The issue is that he allegedly was in a relationship with the missing victim, shared a child with the missing victim and is a convicted violent felon that happens to be a well documented drug addict that by all accounts was heading to prison shortly at the time of the DNV disappearance.

All things I've read seem to indicate or imply it he was wherever for an extended period of time.
