I just mean around that area. The murderer of Hannah Graham and Morgan Harrington targeted young women who were alone (one at a bar, one leaving a concert) and abducted them after walking them to side streets. He was caught on camera walking Hannah (who was stumbling) down a busy downtown street.

So if I'm car 3, and I'm a predator, I'm going to look for lone women walking out of bars or down unlit side streets, not a woman in her car.
Yes but with the case @theides posted that recently happened in Mobile where the woman jumped from the car to save her life when the perp pointed the gun at her, I wonder what the perp would have done if she hadn't jumped from the car? Would he have taken her and car and eventually dumped the car but kept her?

I wonder if this is what happened to DNV? I still am getting tripped up with the amount of time at the Shell station but if someone points a gun and you are in a parked car with the car turned off I'm not sure how you can escape as you are trapped and totally vunerable. Under this scenario the Shell station perp could have forced DNV to open door, put her in trunk, dismantled GPS and taken car and DNV and simply vanished IMO. If it were the same perp then the car would be ditched and DNV held someplace most likely. Wonder if this fits?

No answers as to where TT was the night in question. Not sure how much I can say but after reading her posts(and she made quite a few) I'm more convinced than ever the 3 with DV that night have nothing to do with her disappearance

I think you can post factual statements. Tricia warned about drama and meanness. If someone is posting information that contradicts statements that have been made in the past, I think it is fair game. I would just omit any snarkiness or accusations. We don't need that here. Just the facts, sir.

She’s still posting over there as of 2 mons ago, I’ll invite here here
Not sure how long she will be there. She's being attacked now simply for stating facts as she knows them

We are not allowed to post screenshots from FB on WS. You can take and save SS yourself for personal reference later though in case the information is deleted.

Wasn't it stated that Pearl motors pinged the gps? I can see them having access to their low jack. Why would they have access to her onstar? I still think we need to consider that a kill switch was accidentally activated. And that's the reason Danni didn't follow DW out of the parking lot. Car 3 helps her disable the system to get her car started. And what happens after that I do not know.

I don't know enough about the GPS app, but I'm wondering if someone else could have activated the app for her car on their phone without her knowing. It would be easy for someone to follow her if that was the case.

Does anyone know if this is a possibility? I'm sure they would need a code, but perhaps the paperwork for this was in her car while she was in the pub.

She knows RC well. He has confided with her the events of the evening. According to her all 3 have been cleared by LE. RC was cleared first.

Edit to add: They each spent 3 hours with investigators according to her

Well, there’s not a whole lot of facts over there lol

Did she say where DW and DNV went when they left Dublin's and MK went to Ollie's? That's the one fact that really stands out in my mind. They had to say where they were going.

Interesting idea. Quite diabolical. Have to research the app activation process and security. I wonder if its enough to just know the cell phone number of the OnStar acct holder and then can put the app on another cell phone or if the app has to be located on the phone of account holders cell? It might be doable because how could multiple people use a car in the family and all maintain the associated car app on their phones? The Pearl Motors person would no doubt have the cell phone information of DNV but then so could her friends. Will see if I can figure this out and report back.

Ok call me superstitious, but until she’s found, she should be treated as being alive, and I wouldn’t plan a “celebration of life” vigil. I don’t be at truck stops with posters and I’d be telling all I know to get my loved one back

@otto, we were bouncing ideas back and forth this afternoon and wondered if you believed that DNW and DW could have been heading to APM Terminals (DW work) to pick up something or if they were headed to airport to return rental car based on how they pulled into Shell station? Other alternatives include DW house and DNV house. Did your original maps from thread 2 I think have all these locations on them or just the DW house and DNV apartment? Still trying to understand why did 2 people leave Dublin's heading in the direction they were heading?

Let's set the scene. You are MK. You (MK), DW, and DNV meet RC at Hero's. RC is working but you all have a drink. You plan to meet at Ollie's at 11pm to eat. You (MK), DW, and DNV decide to head over to Dublin's for a few more drinks while RC works. Maybe you know the bartenders, see a few friends. At some point, DW and DNV get up to leave. You, MK, are getting ready to leave for Ollie's. DW and DNV are leaving to go somewhere else. Do you ask them where they are going? YES. You do. You just spent three hours with these people and you are all planning to meet your common connection, RC, at Ollie's for dinner. You know where they are going and what they are doing.

At 10:45, RC is getting ready to leave work. He calls DNV. Her phone rings but she does not answer because her phone is at Dublin's. She is currently driving from Dublin's to the Shell Station (14 minutes away). RC meets MK at Ollie's. Isn't RC's first question, "hey, where are the other two?" MK tells them they went _______ (unknown to us). At 11:37, DW texts MK that DNV left her phone at Dublin's so he came back to pick it up and he lost her on the way. DW arrives at Ollie's around midnight but it is unclear if RC and MK already left.

Did DNV and DW run an errand before arriving at the Shell Station? Whatever errand DW was running seems to be cancelled when he arrives at Dublin's to pick up DNV's phone and then heads to Ollie's. He doesn't pick up DNV's phone and then head back towards the Shell Station.

What time did DNV and DW leave MK at Dublin's?

According to her the original story is bunk. DW, MK and DV were at Dublin's waiting on RC to get off work. Then they all left to meet at Ollie's and DV didn't show up.

But the story about "flashing lights" and pulling into the Shell Station apparently came from DW. Even LE said a friend last saw her at the Shell Station. Would the media really run a story just based on JDT saying what happened without verifying with the friend? That seems pretty sketchy.

I might be wrong but when I was looking into carjackings in Mobile... the suspect was arrested pretty quick in the case of the woman jumping out of the car... he was also believed to be responsible for another car jacking involving a man that was put into his own trunk. The guy approached both victims on foot. In the case with the male victim he was taken to the atm and forced to withdraw money. So if it was the same suspect in both cases maybe his plan was to take the female to an atm

The regional airport is on the opposite side of town, West Mobile. Along with all the other places we’ve been talking about except DWs house and the Terminal.

I’m curious if someone was jealous. They knew she got her new car that day and was jealous. They decided to stalk and follow her and became really upset when they saw her following DW and acted out of rage and as soon as DW pulled off and she was alone they swoop in. Not thinking about the possibility of cameras or anything else.

Details of what exactly can be done with the app:
Mobile App
Just went to OnStar chat function for the app and learned the following:
-Each car can have 7 different phones with the app
-Car owner would have to set up the initial account with a user name and password and 4 digit pin and this information would have to be given to each additional person who would then download the app on to their phone, insert the user name and password and use the 4 digit pin.
-I tried asking basic security questions but this was a low level customer service group so they told me to call another group for additional information which I haven't done as the wait time when I tried was over 45 min.
-Just based on what I read online previously I believe there might be some type of security pairing between the phone app and the car system via bluetooth or perhaps a proprietary system. Some of the comments online say that the phone with the app has to physically be in the car to do the initial setup and I wondered if this is because of a pairing/id process that I don't yet understand. I will follow up with the other group tomorrow and report back. But I will also try to set up an account on a friends car onstar system later this week to see how easy it is to do.

I invited TW (RC FB friend) to join us as well. Hopefully since two of us extending invites she will come check us out.

Maybe someone who read all the comments can help me out with this.

Now the story is MK, DNV, and DW were all at Dublin's and they were all going to Ollie's. DW and MK showed up at Ollie's but DNV didn't? She got lost on her own and ended up at the Shell Station alone?

Or MK, DNV, and DW were all supposed to go to Ollie's but only MK showed up, with DNV and DW missing. Then DW texted MK at 11:37 he is at Dublin's getting DNV's phone and lost her?

Are the screenshots of texts being questioned? I have seen some screenshots posted early on that I don't believe are real. They were supposedly with a detective but I have never seen a detective text with anyone about a case and certainly not using the syntax and grammar of a 12 year old girl.
