Did you review the petition that @Alethea previously shared? That was less than 5 years ago.

I did. In that March 2015 custody petition, TT alleged that Danni was an unfit mother because she tested positive for marijuana during childbirth. She gave birth 5 years ago in December 2013. Some people believe that marijuana eases childbirth anxiety and perception of pain.

I agree. Thank you @otto. I would like to add - Nor can we assume that DNV just having a baby and working double shifts would have her running to “pills”. My goodness she is 25, not 50.

Oh not to offend anyone who is 50. I am almost that age and would be tired if I had to work doubles anywhere.

The allegations regarding DNV's marijuana use during pregnancy was in response ot hte question about whether there were other cases involving the children. He responded yes, stated the date the order was issued and that custody was awarded to the grandparents for the first month.

In Section 6 he states "I have gathered evidence of her using drugs around CT and evidence of her being unfit as a mother."

Edited to remove the name of DNV's daughter. Even though it's on a public petition, probably better to not just put it out there.

Exactly. If she had a normal, low-risk delivery, there should be no reason that she could not resume normal activities within a few days. The biggest issue post-delivery is lack of sleep, but she was not waking up every 3 hours throughout the night to care for an infant, so she was not sleep deprived. She had 9 months to ensure that her adoption decision was the best choice for her, so there's no reason to assume that she was unhappy with her choice.

There's no reason to assume that a woman who gives up her baby for adoption will look for illegal pharmaceuticals when she can safely ask her doctor for a prescription.

@edgiston. Can you confirm if a PI has been hired? Also what explanation did MPD provide for not allowing Klass kids to work the case?

Eh- I think you can be 100% at peace with a decision, but when the reality hits (especially paired with hormone changes) your feelings can change. She could have still been absolutely okay, but still a little sad about it once it actually happened. I can't imagine carrying a child for 9 months and not having any feelings whatsoever afterwards. I've read stories where women have put their child up for adoption because it was the best decision at the time and later completely regretted that decision.

As far as looking for illegal pharmaceuticals, a lot of people do that because they don't have health insurance (can't afford it or don't want to go through the process of dealing with it) and find it's cheaper to by them off the street. At one of my previous jobs, an individual came in complaining of pain. When asked what he took for that, he gave the name of some narcotic (I don't even recall now what it was). We asked who prescribed it and he said "No one. I couldn't afford to go to the doctor anymore, so I buy it off the streets."

Why is the origination in question? Why can't similar info come from two sources? There are multiple readings about it AND similar info came from someone DNV was with.

So again, you are confirming that somebody that was with DNV that night stated that she was buying pills that night?
Because that’s what i keep reading from you...

My fiancee thinks he's a car guy (he isn't)... He recently switched out his battery and tripped something causing his radio not to work. What if Dani's car battery died while they were stopped at the Shell looking for the phone, DW went to get the phone because DNV was waiting for a friend with jumper cables to jump the car. They jumped the car, but short circuited something causing the GPS to become inoperable. Is this possible? It could explain why DW went to get the phone, why another car pulled in, and why the GPS stopped pinging.

I'm just trying to think of a logical reason other than drugs. If it was a new/used car maybe it was in a flood or something and was already short circuiting? I'm not a car person so I don't even know if this is logical, but we need something to talk about other than psychics and xanax.

A PI has been hired. MPD says they have it under control & don't need outside help.

No, I'm not confirming that. I'm saying that it was told that they were at the Shell, she told DW she forgot her phone, and DW went to get it. However, JDT was also told that DNV had reached out to someone for drug type assistance for work and that could have placed her in the vicinity of there/Papa Buddha's.
What is meant by “drug type assistance”?

How long has a PI been working on the case? That is GREAT news

Now this is something logical to explore...

Thank you to Keyedin for transcribing press release. I noticed that there is no release of information, but police do say that they have looked in the area where she was last seen. They are ambiguous regarding whether she is voluntarily missing, but do not rule out that she is involuntarily missing.

It's really nothing more than a plea for more information, but they forgot to describe even the most basic information about where she was last seen, what she was wearing, and her general description of height, weight.

Perhaps the spokesman was a bit nervous, but I think another press conference should be held to include more information about Danni so people know what they mean when they ask for more information.

Another press conference has been requested. We (those helping JDT) agree that another one will be helpful. JDT was told that there would be another but that was a week or two ago and there still hasn't been one.

The petition included pictures of DNV allegedly smoking and drinking with CT around and walking. I did not upload them because I thought it was cruel and unnecessary to include in a basic petition.

The only thing I took away from the petition was that the relationship between DNV and the T family was not as cozy as it was portrayed.

When looking at the partial list of the hot spots... one place stood out to me. One place that was different than all the others from what I can tell... Orange Grove... that's an area of public housing projects. That Papa Buddha's is in a really bad area of town

October 12 would be a good day for another press release. It would coincide with the vigil, and would be an opportunity for police to clearly state what happened that caused them to request more information about her disappearance.

The most basic facts are missing from the first press release - such as Danni's full name, where she was last seen, what she was wearing, why she is considered a missing person, what type of car she had, that the car is also missing, and what type of information they need. It would also be helpful if they put together a digital map with points of interest and locations that people should think about on July 17. If they don't have a graphics person to put together a points of interest map, feel free to volunteer my services.

What I'm saying is that their press release lacked information and that without basic facts, no one knows that they should look for or remember.

Although it may be a really bad area, is there a reason to connect Danni with that place?

One more tiny thought... What if the goals were for a court ordered class... This seems like something you would be required to do (list your goals) if you had to take a parenting class, or alcohol class, or something like that. Is there anyway to tell if she was ordered to take a class from the court @Alethea? The only reason I ask is that seems to be one of the sticking points for thinking she didn't walk away on purpose?
