Fire truck and ambulance just arrived. SWAT still searching the complex.

Actually, it was the crowd that had media thinking she was found. Also, her brother allegedly talked to a reporter saying she was found and that she looked sad.

They wrongly took the crowd's cheers as that they found Cupcake was found and rumors on social media that they thought they saw her. No confirmation from BPD that she was ever found. BPD called CBS to tell them that they are still searching and that she has not been found. Damn media.
