It seems to be standard language on their wanted posters. I just clicked on a few and they all said the same thing.

It's not listed on the Amber Alert but it could be SOP for the FBI.

Goodnight everyone, hopefully in the morning I will wake up to a positive outcome with this precious little one being back home with her loved ones. I just want to say thanks to all that have helped me get this thread started & to all of the familiar & new faces who added their input. It really touches me that there are so many caring people in the world that are willing to help when the time calls for it. I was also touched & honestly almost in tears this morning to see most of the people that I "know" from other threads & look up to posting in my thread for little Cupcake, so thank you from the bottom of my heart regardless of the outcome. I felt it was important to start a thread for her ASAP to have people aware of the urgency of the matter and get her name & adorable little face out to the public.

I know they don’t believe it’s a custody thing. But I am still hoping maybe it’s a prior guy who believes she’s his daughter. Or something.

I know that’s insane though. I know it is.

Not insane at all. Far better a custody issue to which the child is safe than the God awful alternative.....

My prayers are going up for Cupcake. I feel so bad for her mama, daddy and all her loved ones. I really hope she is found safe. Thank goodness for the neighbors that were alert and took the step to make the call!

And that’s the issue. We can come up with scenarios in which she’s likely to be ok, but there are certain things that make it less than likely.

I don't know but did you catch the part about contacting the "nearest embassy or consulate"? Is the POI from another country?

There were a couple. But never when the POI was arrested without the victim in their company.

LE tells her to get in touch with her sister and everyone is "about to get a ride downtown.".....Warning - 20+ minutes long of these people watching the LE "hit" the apartment complex/condos.......moo

I believe at some point he mentioned having people check there. He mentioned several places they were checking.
