Cedric Earl Watts Jr., 39, was initially charged with murder in the death of Tiffany Osborne, a 30-year-old mother who vanished Feb 17, 2020. Her remains were found two months later in an industrial area off Lakeshore Parkway. Watts on Friday pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter.

This is a ridiculous sentence. The three young people who were throwing rocks at car windshields in Colorado were each sentenced to far more time than this--and only one of the three threw the rock that killed a young woman. Their sentences were life without parole, 45 years, and 32 years.

Agreed. Was the store far enuff away for her to have taken a ride to get there? Since she didn't take her phone, I would think that she had no plans to meet up with someone and go somewhere, especially without her baby as well.
Nope, she's not in a good place right now. Her poor family, and her boyfriend as well. I would thing that LE is giving him the third degree.

Not replying to you in particular, but don't we all usually know the times that stores, especially ones that are close enough to us to walk to, know what time they close. I know I do, especially if I might run out of cigs. If I am not sure, or hours changed recently, I google to be sure. I am not believing the boyfriends story. And, if she just walked to a nearby store, why did he wait two days to report her missing? Katt. MOO
