2010.09.11 - Love this Joint Stipulation & Order Regarding Defense Review of Documents in The Possession of Texas Equusearch

We are not on Hope Springs Drive anymore. Mark hits every base, never misses a beat. I feel good now about the searchers not being harassed or exposed. Exhale.

Thank you to all of our members who searched and helped. Don't let a person you have no respect for bring you down. This situation just cries out for a hero, when you receive your phone call from the defense, rest assured they have people monitoring every word they say to you and each question they ask, thanks to Mark Nejame.

The pictures do not lie. Take a look at the thick growth and vegetation in the area that was under water. These photographs were released by TES by Tim and Mark.

Tim Miller is my hero, forever. God bless Mr. Miller and his wife, Mark Nejame for his tireless efforts, all of those who searched and helped, the good, good people who donate and all of you who prayed.

Mark too works for TES as a volunteer, completely pro bono. Let him know you appreciate him looking out for your privacy. He has you covered. Check out his stipulations. He has you covered, indeed.

During his interview, Miller said he was told by a friend of Casey’s father, George Anthony that Casey was the key to Caylee’s whereabouts, but that she wouldn’t talk.

Additionally, Miller said Casey’s mother, Cindy Anthony, became angry when he sat down with George and Casey, asking Casey to put an X on a map so his group would have an idea of where to start searching for Caylee.

“Cindy got really angry… Casey got up and went back to her room and I, I looked at George and I think I just kind of threw my hands up and I said, ‘You know, I’m sorry. We really didn’t come to cause any trouble,’ or something to that effect,” Miller told investigators.

Miller eventually became disgusted with the Anthony family after he claims Casey never spoke to him about finding Caylee, and giggled, smiled, and laughed inappropriately, acting like she was in a “cheerleading competition.”

Document Could Be Blow To Casey Anthony's Defense

http://www.wftv.com/video/25291607/index.html

Video Report

If this is has happened, this is truly shocking. I believe some one could so profoundly believe Caylee's body wasn't there they convinced themselves they were indeed there, but what I want to know is how did Cheney see a document stating Laura B. WAS there on Sept 3, when clearly documents show she and her team were actually at Blanshard Park, and reported finding bones.:liar:

WHAT is going on? Does this mean while the Defense visited Mr. NeJames office for that short period of time and kicked up a lot of dust, SOMEONE on the defense team was actually planting evidence in the files? Is that what this means?:waitasec:

I mean, a person can make "mistake" or find they "mis-spoke" but how the heck did the forged document get into the TES files. What the heck is going on here?:banghead:

When I watched the news video on this, I see that Baez is actually looking a little squishy, as if he's about to hurl. Hmmm.:waitasec:

C'mon, the defense team wouldn't be this stupid - would they?

Yes.

Do I need to elaborate on that?

Yes. They are that desperate.

I don't remember the road we searched but I know it wasn't the area they showed on the news where little Caylee was found. Glad I won't be getting a call.

Camniesh did they call you about a search other than the one we were on together?
Tiko44, I am not sure which search they were questioning.....but now that I have had time to think on the phone call some......what nerve....asking about my minor children...they could see the birthdate posted on the app.......I did tell them that they were both minors, and that they could NOT speak with them.....heck, they didn't even go on a search...they helped at the command center......and when I told them that I could not tell them where I searched, to ask my team leader...they wanted me to describe what the area looked like that I searched......such as....was it a dead end street across from a school, was there any water visable?.....stupid people!! MO

  • #1,385
and actually.....since I screen my phone calls.....when they called, they asked for one of my minor children, not me.....I still have it on the answering machine.....

About the time I think the defense cannot possibly sink any lower, they prove me wrong.

  • #1,387
I wish now that I would have recorded the whole conversation.....oh well....I didn't even realize that it was my son they had called for, til my hubby pointed it out to me tonight....maybe I should let my son tell them about how CA acted that day when she and GA came by the command center.....LOL He sat across from her while she was eating some of the donated lunch.......she threw a fit (after lunch of course) and stood up and starting yelling what a waste of time this all was....then they stormed out of there....at least this is what my son tells me....I'm sure they would love to hear about that....LOL

I have heard a few people (commentators) speculating that maybe LauraB was simply "mistaken" or confused...I don't see that. This chick may have lied about her background according to JJ-I am going to go out on a limb and say she is not a Kentucky LEO, since we have seen her blogging from NJ in a very opinionated manner from very early on in this case-and just the heavy lean towards KC's innocence in the first place makes me think she is not just a bumbling fool that "forgot" she was not at Suburban with TES...Besides JoyW, what kind of weirdo says they are a LEO if they are not? But I don't believe this lady is the Baker Act queen, I believe she is trying to assist KC, be KC's hero.
I don't see any reason why I should give the defense the benefit of the doubt at this point, officers of the court or not-We have already heard CheneyM lie about his position on KC's guilt (at one point he said she may serve life, now he says he never said that)-If we are to believe JJ, Mort asked a few leading questions as well.
Plus, JB kind of dodging the question about whether he ever actually saw he actual doc at TES offices-I smell a rat and I don't think his is a matter of LB or the defense being "mistaken."

I think CM has a raging case of foot-in-mouth disease! :furious: :banghead: :furious:

Maybe the defense tipped off the media at the first inspection to create a distraction and then planted the fraudulent "document"?

Nums, thank you so much for your hard work here!!!!

I do not believe the defense team planted a document in the TES records. I believe we will later hear Cheney with his..... I am old, an old man gets it wrong sometimes Judge, little speel. He will feign memory loss or that someone heard him wrong.
Do you remember how he literally denied to reporters (Kathi Belich) when she asked him about his flip flop on how he once opined that "You can pretty well predict there's going to be a life sentence, either a plea and get it over with or have a circus trial and then be convicted and get life,"?

He denied it, straight faced, although it is not only in print, but memorialized on video that indeed he did opine that way, publicly.

Trouble hearing and memory loss at short notice seem to be his themes. He mentions them in court, often. Don't be surprised if he later denies having claimed to have seen the document at location B as opposed to Mort telling him about it, etc.

You'll see Ms. Buchanan with come to Jesus memory correction moments too once she is on the stand under oath and facing Mrs. Drane-Burdick, that is my prediction, anyway.

I have noticed that the defense works under you cannot unring the bell type of media hype ......throw something out there, let it take the news cycle, then back up off of it later. If I don't read it in a recorded document, I don't take anything they say to reporters on the courthouse steps as anything more than them having a little fun at the reporter's expense, and extremely condescending, poor manners.

However, I do not see Cheney Mason planting evidence, no way. I don't see Jose Baez doing that either.....not for Casey Anthony or any one client. Present as it is, this case will begin and end, as they all do. No one is going to jail for her, not even mom and pop. MOO

http://www.clickorlando.com/news/18025942/detail.html

"....They have no credibility whatsoever!" Mr. Mason said about the defense, this was before he joined the team. http://www.clickorlando.com/news/18268796/detail.html

Defense attorney Cheney Mason said claims made by Casey Anthony and Baez that Caylee was alive will now work against them at trial.

"Then all the talking, all the press interviews and the parents going on this show and that show and the lawyer going on different shows establishes they have no credibility whatsoever," Mason said.
Now that you too are doing it, it is ok, Mr. Mason? It is like the old saying, do as I say, not as I do. Good grief!
Mr. Mason, that was a good opinion then and would serve you well now.
You just can't make this stuff up!

I am just amazed at how much of a dirty liar CM is turning out to be, I wonder who is corrupting who! I thought he was well respected, blah, blah, blah

I am betting we will be getting some discovery very soon!

I am going to donate this morning. Tim's phone never stops ringing with other families that need help. In honor of all of our members who searched I will donate today to Texas Equusearch.

LE interview with Mr. Miller, in his office in Texas where ONE lone volunteer clerk works.
SFTT ... If you haven't heard this interview, in its entirety, PLEASE DO LISTEN TO IT, it is compelling. Tim speaks of exactly the things you do. It is very compelling.

"Jose said Do me a favor, please don't talk to my client about this case. I found that to be strange. In over eleven hundred searches this is the first time ever I had been called to do a search and we were asked not to talk to the last person that saw the person we were to search for".

"It is the first time ever that the family was not there on the search site. The family is ALWAYS there. We don't let them actually search, but certainly they help with other things, even getting community businesses to donate food, etc to the many searchers. They refused to ever come up to the search center. They came up ONE time, close to the end of the search day and when they did , they were there not even fifteen minutes. There is not even a close second to the reaction we got from them.

Casey never said please find my daughter. I was there for four days and literally she was always smiling, she was acting like she was going to a cheer leading competition. Never once during the time I was there did she ever mention the name Caylee, not once single time!
George is the only one that was supportive of us.
George did try to help us with Casey, that day he tried to get her to mark the X on the map.
Cindy really got angry and kicked them all out of the house. Tim returned to the hotel.
There is obvious tension in the home between George and Cindy, you just can't explain it.
I told Lisa, I really don't think we need to be doing this search. Then I thought..it is not about this family, it is about Caylee. We separated from the Anthony family and set out to search for Caylee, despite them.

Helen called me when she was in the area, she said Tim I feel we really need to search here....the water is high though. It was up to between her ankles and her knees. A citizen had said they had seen Casey's car down there at one time. How high the water was, we actually sunk a four wheeler and did over four thousand dollars to the motor. That was further down, by the school."

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egRAlyP1_Cs[/ame]
this is Lisa Hoffman, who told Tim the area was full of water. Compelling.

"I did witness the map being on the kitchen table and George, Tim and Cindy were there talking about it. Tim was upset because they came so close to having that map marked, and Cindy kicked everyone out, she was upset.
We were looking for a deceased child and she wanted to believe the child was alive.
George wasn't real happy when we got there, he wanted to know who the clowns were. It was Cindy who invited us.
Cindy went off the wall, big time.
George was trying to get it out of Casey, and she would not participate. His friend told Tim and I , George grabbed ahold of her and they had it out, the answer to where that baby is ...is in that bedroom and that b**** wont talk"
There was a lot of distance between Casey and George in that house!!!

I looked over their shoulder while they were looking at the map, Tim was asking where they went, their hang outs, just trying. We could have saved a lot of money if they would have just come forward ( speaking of the map being marked ). Tim had a feeling that Casey knew where the baby was , and here we were putting all of this manpower and money into it. Yeah, Tim was upset.
We were mapping even in small rooms. We put a tremendous amount of time, with all of our hearts and souls, and it was very frustrating!"

I see where you are from, and so you and your husband did indeed travel on your own dime to come to help. God sees you!!! Thank you so much. You are the heroes of our times to volunteer this way. The thanks you get is knowing that little beautiful, wholly innocent child of God did get found and is no longer out there in those woods. She had a Christian funeral. You inspire us to volunteer in our own communities when a child is missing.

This is for you and your husband

I am sure I speak for all of us, like the song says, "I'm with you!"

I sobbing my heart out at the memories. That is why we searched!!! Bring it on ! Thanks for the reminder. This hurts like hell. After watching the video I'm with you. OMG

As a fellow searcher, I feel the same way. We know why we took the time out of our lives to do this. It was the right thing to do. Even if the A's don't give a darn we know that TM and TES do.

Even with all this crap about the calls and personal info. I would do it again. I will be darned, I have not one thing to hide. Don't get me wrong I would not relish the insane treatment RK has gotten and yes it would probably break me, but if good people do nothing the bad ones win.

thank you, FLa*mom, that is the bottom line here, isn't it? I was a volunteer, but I did not search. I worked at the search center on 3 different days. I have not received a call and don't think I will. I wonder if they were calling in state people first?

Why did I volunteer? Cindy's request that no one go out and help TM, that is what did it for me. I would have gone down sooner, but I did not realize that I could help out and not search. Once I found out, I was there.

I had made the decision not to speak to the defense if they called, since I had no info for them. I wonder if others made the same decision and what the reaction was? IF they had spoken to me and deviated even one iota from the script, I would have placed a call to someone about it, perhaps Mr. NeJames office.

I would not worry about being 'kronked' because you searched near Suburuban. As many have said, Judge Perry is not going to let them call people back on a fishing expedition. Roy Kronk found the body, none of the searchers did and the Judge knows that.

I would do it again, without hesitation. Because as you said, if we don't, then the bad people DO win, and we can't let that happen!

Rather than the defense spin, let our readers hear it from some of the searchers in their own, sworn testimony.
Tony Rivinski

"We took ATV s in there , we spent a lot of time, there was a lot of water, got our ATV stuck, we realized we could not continue because of the water.

I was interested in continuing with Brett Churchill, his wife, Lori Cree, Michelle Jordan and her sister Karen, on the weekends we wanted to continue on if we could, without TES since we were local. I spent fifty or so days working on this. I stayed at the Holiday Inn.

What I believe to be the circumstances, I believed she would be in the area Casey said, "She's close to home", so it made sense to me to return to Suburban. I just felt that was the place to look.'

That area where the remains were found was under water, deep under water. From the curb you could see, at the weed line I walked up, and it was deep under water, or I would have went in there. I am telling you, I went back there on a number of days ( different days) and I am telling you that area she was found was under water! This was forty or fifty days I searched.

I was a search and rescue Navy, military. That is why I wanted to volunteer to help. I was a team leader. (not in that area)

Laura Buchanan the name is familiar, possibly from the news, but I do not recall her at all."

Texas Equusearch volunteer Richard Creque gives his sworn testimony about the search, both with TES and independently from them.

Around 9-5 and 9-6, I was a team leader, we searched in that area.
You keep track of everyone, everything, areas of interest, etc.
I led multiple teams, like 15 at times. We had to be very discrete because the family was on the other side of the fence, we didn't want to alert all the neighbors, we came in through the back, by the school.
I had 15 on these days in that area.
We noticed a lot of debri like it was a dump site for locals.
We started back by the school,
then we got to a flood state so we could not go any further
then we were going up the street in the woods, back up Suburban drive
the retention pond run off was there
we had had that storm
we got up past our ankles
we had to get out
that area was under water
saturated
we could not go any further
I wouldn't let anyone go any further

I told Brett, there is something, I had gotten a wiff of something that shouldn't be there. I know decomp, I know the smell of decomp, I have worked with the medical examiner's office doing their removals for homicides, found three weeks later type of thing, where you put on the rubber boots and all. I am really familiar with that smell, I work for a mortuary right now, I know that smell. I told Brett.....I smell it.
My wife wanted to go on a search, I took Brett
That is the only place that needed to be looked at. I put on my map and circled it, that this exact area needs to be re-looked at."

Thanks to Nums!

Mr. Miller says the number will be far greater than one hundred that were on the expansive Suburban Drive, but not in the exact area!

Remember, Brad ,and Linda Drane Burdick went through these records for days and thus the 32. I trust Linda was diligent!

"Right now, all we're doing is asking 'Were you there, and were you on Suburban Drive?' We'll follow up later," defense attorney Jose Baez said.

Tim Miller, the head of Texas EquuSearch, said the number of those who searched the long expanse of Suburban Drive will be far more than 100.

But Miller remains confident they have identified the 32 who were closest to the swampy area where Caylee's remains were located but could not get in because it was underwater.

"I don't anticipate they're going to come up with anymore. I think we've done our homework. We could inflate some numbers, but at the end of the day, we'll see what happens and see what the judge rules on," Miller said.

BBM - Later, when? When? How much 'later' do they want? This isn't a buffet of time here guys. :banghead:

Sworn testimony to the detectives of Doug Riley.

"In the absence of TES , Richard Crique, Cindy Brennan and some folks ( I didn't realize at the time) some of Jail St. John's psychic SOS group,
we did search on Suburban. We took them under our wing while they searched.
That area was flooded, we had had hurricane Faye, so we were not able to be in the exact area where she was found. It was flooded.

I saw standing water in that area ( exact area ).
I would drive by every two or three weeks just to check the conditions, and it was flooded, still. Not until the weekend after Caylee was found were Richard Crique going to go down there again to search, because we had finally deemed it to be conditions where we'd be able to search.

I met Christina, who said she was Casey's best friend. I met her outside in the driveway of someone's home ( next to a home I was dropping something off to ). I asked where she thought we should search. The area she brought up to me was the area that Caylee was ultimately found. She described it as where they spent a lot of time as kids, where they would bury their pets, that Casey was very familiar with that area. Her opinion on the babysitter things was , a disbelief, she told me "I WAS THE BABYSITTER", her two kids were close to Caylee and very upset that Caylee would not be coming back. She laughed at the Zanny stuff, didn't believe it. It was because of my conversatation with her, I felt the area was a KEY area we needed to focus on.

I was a team leader for TES , when we searched a different area. I also searched for Jennifer Kesse , Judge road, etc., out near the airport I searched with TES on the second search, in November.

I do want to tell you something
Walking up Suburban, Richard Crique told me he did get the sensation and he smelled decomposition."
