Well..I guess we have our answer to the question is Mr. Mason going to be serious and right this ship.

This was a photo op , and the new judge is going to be none too amused. It is irrelevant whether second chair Mr. Baez can or cannot make the hearing, his role, real or imagined, is not of any consequence, imo. The show ( I mean hearing ) can and will go on without him. I am still in stitches laughing about his pregnant pause and uh, um..uh..the American Broadcast Company to the answer of where did the 200K come from. He can phone in his appearance from location B if he feels he must participate, God help us all!!!

Maybe it was a set up so jb could cry to the judge, see, we can't even go over evidence in peace, please let us have the records at our own offices. Now, we need to figure out why it is so important that they have these records in their own office?

They can't do it professionally and send their assistants over, so they go over themselves and storm off Anthony style when they are caught looking at the documents? My question is who called Local 6 and tipped them off? It would not seem to have been JB or he would have clowned and postured for the cameras rather tham "stormed off"

I have a good friend who is a reporter at Local 6 and I'm so tempted to ask them if they were tipped off as to Mason and Baez being there. I don't like asking this person stuff like that though because I think it's kind of rude. SO weird they wouldn't send assistants to do that for them. They should know there is nothing of relevance in those search records. With as diligent and thorough as I saw TES search, if they had been in that area - I am willing to bet lots of money they would have found her. I think most of the searches were conducted within a 3 mile radius of the Anthony home, but I don't think we could have imagined Caylee would be THAT close. They wouldn't have stormed off if they didn't inherently know it was a waste..a HUGE waste..IMO.

Gosh it would be so great if we could find out.

But realistically when you think about it if the defense didn't leak it there is no way the media would have known to be there!!! M. Nejame sure would not call them and leak it. IMO more nonsense and manipulations by them and I do not think that Judge Perry will buy into any of the defense nonsense and games for one second! I hope they hang themselves with this one for sure. :furious:

It smacks of setup to me. They had it leaked that they would be going to review the records. Let's be realistic they would have sent assistants etc. to review the records. So they had it leaked in order to appear annoyed as if hounded by the press. This accomplishes two things for them.

1. Ask Judge Perry again to please give them the copies of 4000 names they need and cannot review in Nejame's office due to press and media outside the office doors.

2. See why the desperately need the COV?!!!


Judge Perry will not buy into their self-created media circas act nor will he be pleased with the manipulation games. I am betting the Judge just might even be annoyed with them. JMO

You don't think this was JB and the Defense's really weak staged demonstration to underline how can they possibly look at the TES files at NeJames offices if they are constantly harassed by the media?

Don't you know that just having seen them and knowing they are right outside is just too much of a distraction?! Blinds aren't gonna do it. I would agree with your statement...however, the defense has opted to try this case in the media...via publicity stunts. Remember, the defense, not the prosecution, has opted for a media blitz. They wanted this. They chose this. Regardless of the sunshine laws. The defense chose to go before the cameras. It is hardly their fault that their client appears unsympathetic. And most of us would agree, no matter what she does, she does not appear to be innocent.

Your patience is amazing! I have to agree with you that the court's point of view has been different. In fact it has been different twice when it ruled Against the defense the last two times this issue was brought up.

MN kept Baez from violating a court order!
