According to the guy they interviewed in NY (potential ghost writer) he plans on donating 50% of the proceeds to Texas Equusearch. It's okay by me.

Wonder if the A's donated some of their CBS loot to their OWN charity...

I get where you're coming from Blaise, but the truth is - books are going to be written by nearly everyone involved in this case when all is said and done. The only ones I am thinking may not pen a book are those with the SA office.

the potential book deal of MN has been out there quite a while, IIRC....:waitasec: I personally think jb is just jealous that he can't profit ---- to me that has been his driving force--$$$$$$$$$ but the silly state put an end to that dream ---- think that is why he waited so long before declaring ICA indient--he isn't for his client as much as he is for himself and the fame he hopes/dreams to come his way. I just hope that when they do have another hearing he doesn't moan and groan about all the documents released and not having time to review them....He has the time if he has all this extra time to smear other attorneys...he should learn by his prior mistakes but oh well.....

I believe we all pretty much know what happened between KC and Caylee from discovery. Buying a book about it would be a waste of money for us. If MN wrote a book I would think he would write about his experience trying to defend the TES records and how defense was out to pin the murder on any innocent person they could find who fit their mold. TM must be a treasure trove of information and not just about this case but how searches are conducted and the dynamics of the people involved. I don't believe MN would concentrate his book on Caylee as he was very outspoken about finding the truth about this child's death. We learn from books. We learn from posting on forums. It does not take away from the child. Now CA writing a book.....pure fiction and good lord who could ever get through it...... jmo

Funny, how the defense turns this around on MN...

Baez doesn't seem to be looking for the "truth", as CA isn't...MN is protecting the volunteers, who had nothing to do with Caylee's demise. They all just tried to find Caylee. This is a "no good deed goes unpunished" action, for JB is deflecting from the truth. The truth sits with his client. The truth doesn't change, only ICA has not told one truthful sentence from the start. JMHO

MN is a class act, has more experience in his little pinky than Baez has in his entire body. He can't compare to this man, ever. Baez is slinging mud, never citing one case in this email but more of humiliation and embarssment for MN. He will wipe the floor with him if HHBP orders a hearing on this. I do hope he would and reprimand the defense. Wasting precious tax dollars on this nonsense when he should be trying to get his client to confess. To me, this just show how truly inept and unethical JoseBGood is...how in the world did he get his license????

And look at all the people defense has involved in this case because his client will not tell the truth. KC's friends have had to hire attorneys, her PI has has to hire an attorney, the person who found the body had to hire an attorney (certainly not a nice way to reward someone who has found your child's body), ex-wives of RK, witnesses who volunteered for TES, TM, her parents, her brother, the list goes on and on. Because the princess will not speak, will not tell the truth everyone has had to hire an attorney to protect themselves against her. jmo

Oops...meant to say MN. NLHF was the first on the scene offering help. They kinda hooked up with Kidfinders. I assumed that's how the As came in contact with him (MN). Supposedly, the head of the organization was the same guy who paid for the memorial (at least according to DC).

Also, it was the "Never Lose Hope Foundation" that supposedly dished out the 30 Grand for the SS Caylee Marie search and rescue/pleasure/fishing boat. At least that's the story GA gave to the media when he gave this interview.

To say that he wanted to is just silly on Cindy's part. He may have said things to Cindy like, have you sat her down, face to face and implored upon her this snowball is going downhill at amazing speed, and to tell you the truth.
Given the right wink and smile she could have imagined or expanded on something like that to imply he wanted to be Casey's lawyer. The Anthonys can change/expand a bigger story balloon than kids in a bubble blowing contest.

Now isn't this a problem with what he told the PI. He mentions that he saw no dogs and that the hot spot was Surburban Drive. But in the blog he says Moss Park Road. So was he ever on Surburban??????

I don't know, only that he was at Hidden Oaks, but not as a searcher. Things that make you go hmmm.... Maybe Lohr is wanting to write his own book?
