Didn't Nums24 recently say here or somewhere else they have to have their witness list completed by the 31/08?

The whole defense team must be sitting somewhere frantically going through files looking for SODDI and making a list of their reasons why HHJP should grant them the ability to investigate a specific searcher.

Then that would explain why we haven't see a new order, and if the morning meeting was in-camera, we won't hear the details of that either.

It is too quiet? I don't believe there is nothing going on! Impossible - unless HHJP told the defense to shut up and get some work done so they can meet their looming deadlines.

But, there was MN's Motion to Quash which has not been officially ruled on - Order issued - that the public has seen. It wouldn't be left just hanging out there, even if Judge P's Order was basically the same - there would be some kind of final Order addressing MN's Motion ... wouldn't there be?

If, as CM claims, nothing has changed and the original motion stands.....why would the judge want to seal the order????? Am I missing something????

I'll have to go back and listen, but I honestly didn't get that there actually was a new order or that it had been sealed. Reading between the lines and by taking the JB's and CM's statements literally, I understood that pretty much everything was still the same and that the transcript of the meeting itself had been sealed. My guess was that they all got smacked around a little by JP, and told not to talk about specifics of what was said.

Where was the presser held? I think JB or CM stated the review might be at that location.

I had the impression the meeting was held in Judge P's chambers ... and that the doc review would be held in a room there in the courthouse ....

Where is a link to that video of LDB and MN and JB and CM walking out of the room with the glass doors? Isn't that in the courthouse?

Let's hope it was a conference room at the courthouse because CM said they would probably be looking at the files in that very room. Seems logical as the judge's chambers can't be that far away and locking them up for security reasons should be easy. jmo
