Only link I could find so far:

Joint Stipulation and Order Regarding Defense Review of TES Documents

http://media.myfoxorlando.com/photo...the_Possession_of_Texas_Equusearch_Page_1.htm

Thanks!

Maybe I missed it, but the only thing that left me :waitasec: is there seems to be no specific parameters in re. location except referencing "the area of Suburban Drive". That seems a bit ambiguous to me. It is left open to interpretation to the recipient of the call (TES searcher), the defense, etc... iykwim.

Thanks nums! I was digging for this thread to post this update. By the time I was on pg. 5, I knew you had to have bumped it. :)

Happy to know they have to stick to a script approved by Judge Perry.

I'll bet Casey could have helped with that script, I hear she is good with that sort of thing.:innocent:

That concerned me at first look also - no parameters, but something that makes me feel OK about the Defense calling the searchers, with a strict script, and in front of several witnesses, is that TES (NeJame/Miller) have already called all the searchers and informed them that they may receive a call from the Defense, so it will not catch any of them off guard. And the searchers will also know to expect a call from the Defense after reading the Joint Stipulation and the Judge's Order.

I expect that all of the searchers who will be called, have no information regarding searching near Suburban Drive whatsoever, because TES already separated the only 32 searchers who searched near the area where Caylee's remains were found. And, if any of the searchers who are called by the Defense volunteer information that they searched on their own near the remains site, then they open themselves up to more questioning (and more investigation).

I don't think you missed anything, it appears that they will get to call everyone and ask, truly amazing.

I'm wondering if TES has (had) a pre-planned map for the searchers where the areas were marked off and searchers went to their designated areas. One of those areas could have been called Suburban Drive, and have had specific search parameters we don't know about.

THANK YOU for finding this for us nums!!! You are the BEST!

I love the restrictions on the Defense calling the searchers! A thing of BEAUTY!!

HHJP will make sure there is justice for Caylee!

Very impressed with the wording of the order. Can't see anywhere where Baez or anyone on his team could sneak in under the fence.

I particularly like the part about no note taking unless there is agreement on all points and more investigation is required. That's a quite high bar.

I would have added in taking cell phone pictures or video is prohibited. I just don't trust the defense to not try and worm their way around things.

I can't see that happening with the magistrate, TES observer and TES council there - can you? I think when they say no note taking, they mean nothing, nada, zero.

Can you imagine the fit HHJP would throw if there was any hint of cellphone pictures taken. Kaboom!!!

We better save some bottles for Mr. Glatt the special magistrate though! I can't imagine being that man.

Heck no - he can get his own , he's not doing this for free! - he's going to be having fun watching Baez et al try to pull some tricks! Good times - and I'll bet HHJP has prepped him.

Joint Stipulation & Order Regarding Defense Review of Documents in The Possession of Texas Equusearch

http://www.ninthcircuit.org/news/Hi...cuments in Possession of Texas Equusearch.pdf

This is so perfect. The defense was trying to hide their hopeful fishing trip under the guise of real work. HHJP granted them all the work (can you imagine trying to call 4,000 people?) and stripped them of all the ability to fish.

Now, do you think they're really going to try to call/contact all those searchers? Just in case they do, I would like to have my script ready too. Any suggestions? :D

And they have to make the calls in front of the magistrate, the TES counsel and the TES observer and ONLY ask specific questions. If they didn't search in that specific area then the call is terminated. Hahaha!

The defense: "Good Morning Mrs. EU. Were you involved in any search, involving or not involving TES, in the Suburban Drive area?"

Response: "No, I was not. Bye-bye now."

If by chance you did search in the Suburban area and have to honestly answer in the affirmative, then we shall solicit WSer's for donations to purchase the best bus-proof armor money can buy.

Fill your mouth with crushed ice and put on your best Cheney Mason impression voice?

That should blow about an hour while Baez goes :waitasec: :waitasec:

What? You mean I can't ask them any questions? I'd like to chat them them up a little.

Please hold all my calls until (was it?) October and cancel all my appointments! I have caller ID and will be looking forward to sharing not only the fact that I did not search anywhere near that area (thanks for the sweet offer of armor!) but also a couple of other pieces of my mind. This could really be fun! :D
