Tim Miller and Mark Nejame will be appearing on a pretty good portion of the Jane Velez-Mitchell HLN show this Thursday night at 7 PM.

They will be discussing the Stipulation filed today with the 9th Circuit Court;

Why is it critical for a volunteer operation to protect the personal information of its volunteers

If they think the type of legal action by the Defense will discourage volunteers from working on missing persons cases

And possibly how the volunteers who appear on the witness list preparing themselves

And anything else that comes up.

Should be interesting!!!

I'm sure this has been said many times before, but I have to point it out again.

This is ridiculous.

They were given 32 files of people who could be confirmed in that area. Why do they need more? I can guess, but it is still ridiculous. There is no telling how many people not associated with TES searched around there between the time Caylee was reported missing and when she was found. If I had been in FL during that time frame, I would have searched myself. Talk about a huge waste.

Hey, defense team, when this doesn't pan out for you, waste a lot more time and taxpayer money scrutinizing every inch of video made of protestors outside the A home, identify as many as possible, then question each and every one of them. No, depose them and put them on the witness list. You know they were all over there making butts of themselves just as a cover so they could move the body. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I hope the defense team has a good cell phone plan because as a Florida resident (long distance rates would apply to reach me) I don't want to have to foot the phone bill for 4,000 calls on top of everything else!

Can you tell that this really, really aggravates me?

What? You mean I can't ask them any questions? I'd like to chat them them up a little.

Please hold all my calls until (was it?) October and cancel all my appointments! I have caller ID and will be looking forward to sharing not only the fact that I did not search anywhere near that area (thanks for the sweet offer of armor!) but also a couple of other pieces of my mind. This could really be fun! :D

I know what you mean EU! I can't wait till they call me. I so hope JB is the one who questions me because I can't wait to tell him I think he is a babbling buffoon! However, since I did not search and only worked at the search center, I am afraid I am going to miss this golden opportunity!

Macushla, our names are in the pool no matter what we did. I only took and validated the peoples' applications against their identity cards at the inprocessing station. (Not really buff enough to do the hard search process. :blushing:) Prolly my most valuable contribution was bringing my son who was one of the team leaders. If the defense team cannot rely upon TES's paperwork to properly reflect who was searching where then they sure shouldn't skip our names because they won't even be able see where we searched. Right? We may look even more suspicious.

If you're a glutton for punishment you could always pull a JW - just say, "Why YES! I am SO happy to hear from you! For 2 years, I have been begging for someone to take me seriously. I WAS searching off of Suburban and even though it is true that the search had to be suspended due to high water, through my binoculars I spied a gorgeous hispanic woman (a 10 on a scale of 1-10!) and several children who appeared to be have set up camp in a make-shift tree house in those woods. :D

This is so perfect. The defense was trying to hide their hopeful fishing trip under the guise of real work. HHJP granted them all the work (can you imagine trying to call 4,000 people?) and stripped them of all the ability to fish.

Now, do you think they're really going to try to call/contact all those searchers? Just in case they do, I would like to have my script ready too. Any suggestions? :D
What I wouldn't give to be on the other end of the phone! Can you even imagine the restraint these searchers will have to summon up? Hearing Baez's voice would send me into a diatribe the likes never having been witnessed in the history of mankind.

Oh...but do let the "babbling buffoon" remark fly.

2010.09.11 - Love this Joint Stipulation & Order Regarding Defense Review of Documents in The Possession of Texas Equusearch

We are not on Hope Springs Drive anymore. Mark hits every base, never misses a beat. I feel good now about the searchers not being harassed or exposed. Exhale.

Thank you to all of our members who searched and helped. Don't let a person you have no respect for bring you down. This situation just cries out for a hero, when you receive your phone call from the defense, rest assured they have people monitoring every word they say to you and each question they ask, thanks to Mark Nejame.

The pictures do not lie. Take a look at the thick growth and vegetation in the area that was under water. These photographs were released by TES by Tim and Mark.

Tim Miller is my hero, forever. God bless Mr. Miller and his wife, Mark Nejame for his tireless efforts, all of those who searched and helped, the good, good people who donate and all of you who prayed.

Mark too works for TES as a volunteer, completely pro bono. Let him know you appreciate him looking out for your privacy. He has you covered. Check out his stipulations. He has you covered, indeed.

During his interview, Miller said he was told by a friend of Casey’s father, George Anthony that Casey was the key to Caylee’s whereabouts, but that she wouldn’t talk.

Additionally, Miller said Casey’s mother, Cindy Anthony, became angry when he sat down with George and Casey, asking Casey to put an X on a map so his group would have an idea of where to start searching for Caylee.

“Cindy got really angry… Casey got up and went back to her room and I, I looked at George and I think I just kind of threw my hands up and I said, ‘You know, I’m sorry. We really didn’t come to cause any trouble,’ or something to that effect,” Miller told investigators.

Miller eventually became disgusted with the Anthony family after he claims Casey never spoke to him about finding Caylee, and giggled, smiled, and laughed inappropriately, acting like she was in a “cheerleading competition.”

Well, If I get a phone call from Baez, I really honestly could not tell him where I searched....I did not pay attention to the names of streets.....I just followed my leader and did what I was told.....and being from out of the area.....I haven't a clue.....

I'd just like to say hats off to all of you who assisted with the search in any capacity. Thank you.

It just infuriates me to no end that JB feels entitled to grill you all because you had the decency to lift a finger to find this poor discarded baby girl - something his client couldn't be bothered to do outside of a nightclub stripper pole. :furious: Spending hours outside in the Florida heat and humidity with the dirt and bugs and now this guy, the biggest mosquito of them all. Again, thanks to all of you.

BILL SHEAFFER: Analysis Of Evidence Released 02/16/10

http://www.wftv.com/video/22582915/index.html

He explained that it is clear the defense is still on a fishing expedition to muster up something to back up Todd's claims. "If they had the proof ...they would produce the exculpatory evidence required by the rules of procedure. That coupled with the fact that they keep going off into the area that they need the Texas Equusearch records....they are still fishing , trying to come up with something that they do not have, that they never did have . They missed their deadline. They have not produced their proof and that is because THEY DON'T HAVE IT!!" This whole defense response was entirely inappropriate"
