The last pic in that row of pics above (post1,365)...could it be captured again to include the guy behind him so both of them show? Is it possible they are father and son?

Thank you Think Tank for your post above.

The fact that Laura Buchanan hired a lawyer and then another lawyer to replace that one is very telling. Hello...Mr. Baez..Kathi's question still stands, unanswered. This is who you were hanging your hat on?
I love when she asks him questions that begin with "Do you expect us to believe that?"

What's next PI Lyons lawyers up?
You just can't make this stuff up!

God bless Texas Equusearch!

MESSAGE FROM TIM MILLER

Posted on 19. Aug, 2010 by smckinney in Featured Articles, Media, TES News

I would like to personally thank all of the people who have expressed their kind wishes, both to me personally, and on all of the message boards, for the work that Texas EquuSearch does. The support has been overwhelming. We want to be able to continue to help families find their missing loved ones. Again, thank you for the loyalty to our cause of helping families in need. I want justice for Caylee, as well as all of the other people out there who need a voice. We will continue to try and be the voice for missing people.

At times, it may be difficult to focus on the task at hand with all of the distractions, but with the support of everyone, we are able to refocus our efforts for the families.

Please keep all of the missing people, their families and friends in your prayers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Sincerely,

Tim Miller

Do you mean the taller bald man behind blue shirt man?
That is media man Jim L. who attends all the Hearings and is Cindy's BFF.

Check this out...Additional documents found in possession of TES I recall specifically that either the state or Mark filed it immediately, just to be abundantly clear, because of the ongoing discovery rules, that indeed there were docs found and the filing of it became public record. Cheeny was not correct when he said they have no knowledge of this. IIRC it was early, early this year. I am not a my office, but if someone can find the actual document for me I would really appreciate it.

You know, now that I think about it I believe it was Mark, because at the time the other many many boxes of TES docs were still sitting in his office available for the defense to come look at , and Mark said the defense was NOT inconvenienced by not having these few papers to examine, because indeed they had not even made a new appointment since the one they made, and later canceled.
Even if Cheney doesn't recall, I know Baez does because Mark mopped the floor with him over it.

Thank God Mark Nejame is always on his game, he could foresee the defense making hay with this and he cut them off at the knees in advance. In February. Good job! I hope Kathi Belich asks them about this! As always , we had this before the media thanks to Muzik Man, who is my hero!

I'm hoping that OSCO delivered these "originals" to HHJP because they reflect the "doctoring" by LB! I recall OSCO being very happy to have found the originals during the TM interview.

Were those the boxes that contained billing information and did not pertain to the actual searchers from TES??

So, right Jersey Girl, 12 pages, including the correct place that LB searched....not on Suburban! Ironic that the docs Mason is jumping up and down about are going to sink his would be star witness. You just can't make this stuff up!!!

Do we know if they have scheduled when to complete their sixty percent of remaining phone calls for their TES fishing expedition?

Remember this oldie but goodie? Judge Strickland gave the defense until February 1, to produce whatever evidence or witness Todd claimed they had about TES. All this time later...is Laura Buchanan the best they can do?

O/T I apologize for my earlier quote of Mr. Hornsby using a name to call Baez. I took a page out of my file to copy, didn't notice until later, and could not amend my post. Don't anyone be offended. It is part of his charm to call 'em like he sees 'em. If he weren't a little colorful, he'd be just another lawyer, which he certainly is not. MOO

Good for Levi for putting it on national media that Jeremy Lyons and Laura Buchanan are being accused of witness tampering!!

Thanks to Patty for recording this for us.

If any of the TES get a call or visit from JL now, they will know who they are dealing with and shut the front door.

Drain it TO WHERE? The ground was saturated (key word)...where was the water supposed to go when that area was the bottom of the bowl? That area IS the drainage area from my understanding. Wouldn't any water drained just flow downhill?

A sponge only absorbs so much water...

Fire trucks to sump pump & haul it off maybe???

Pfft!

Do only Floridians understand this? (No offense)

My opinion only, of course.

Oh, and welcome guests! Grab a nic and come on in, the water is fine!

I think you are right, most people do not understand how much water is in Florida. You are not that far above sea level and the water just does not run off as it does in other parts of the country. jmo

The more we read and see of what the Anthonys have done, wow do I ever applaud Mark Nejame for resigning and offering to help Texas Equusearch, for free. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ajibgshx94[/ame]

You are a good man Mark Nejame, wherever you are. God bless you in your good work with Mr. Miller and all of the volunteers.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JzXgyz3kRDc[/ame]

Listen closely to what Mark says here, he had been talking to Brad, mom and pop, routinely so they would know no one had been out there. It seems to me the inference to draw is that mom , pop and Brad were well aware in advance that indeed was where her little body was, otherwise why or how would they know to worry that others had been out there? Is that how you take it, friends?

Mark called this two years ago, and now Judge Perry concurs, it is a fishing exposition the defense is on. Let me go on paypal and donate a little this morning to TES, the good guys.

Oldie, but goodie! This hearing is one of the many times in this case that the defense has had the audacity to claim to the court that Mark has a conflict of interest if not ethical failing, all the while Mark had a signed waiver in his desk drawer from mom and pop. You just can't make this stuff up.

I had almost forgotten, not only did the defense ask for Judge Strickland to step aside, they asked in this hearing for all three prosecutors to step aside. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUYPwHb7Hw4[/ame]
Brad, to his credit, let the judge know it is NOT true, the Anthonys positively are claiming no such thing that Baez alleged!!! Later, of course we learn that they changed their tune and do assert that, at which time Brad, again to his credit.... Brad bailed!!! ( four minute mark)

If anyone writes a book about this case or makes any media deal, whatsoever, I hope it is Mr. Miller. to help fund his future searches. Unfortunately, in the two years since Caylee died TES has been hired many, many, many a time to look for others. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VnSpxCm08mA[/ame]

You are right dsntslp

Point to remember..Caylee's remains were NOT found in a Retention Pond or small lake,
Retention ponds do get drained by Public Works if water is not backing up or LE if they are investigating a case and feel they need to...the water is pumped into the sewer system or into wetlands..

I personally have never heard nor seen Conservation areas, Wetlands or Swamps being drained.
