And she will just continue to get richer YA'LL...heheehe... it's all over everywhere her new single hit radio stations yesterday and the word is that it is GREAT! Sooo..more millions to Brit-Brit and the saga continues.

Actually I like it. There's a remix out on Perezhilton.com with T.I. and it's very catchy... I've never liked her enough to buy a CD but she's had a few hits I've enjoyed on the radio over the years.

I've slammed her parenting but if she can have a huge comeback maybe, BIG maybe, it might help her get her life straightened out and I'm all for that. So I say good for her in the hopes it will help her.

So has anyone seen the opening of the VMAs yet? It's 20 minutes in here so I was able to see Brit's "big comeback".
I was waiting the whole time for something spectacular and never got it. The lip synching wasn't even good. I hate to say it, but I think the pop princess that was Britney Spears is long gone.

I saw it. I thought her performance was not assured... not confident. She seemed hesitant. She looked great though. Way way way underdressed of course. What the heck is she thinking?

I wouldn't say it was awful, but it wasn't Britney, that's for sure. In the past, her performances have been outstanding, and this was not one of them. She used to lip synch well, and it didn't even look like she was trying this time.
The song is ok, but I really expected her to come out swinging and be amazing. You could tell she was nervous and unsure of herself. I feel bad for that, but if she wasn't ready, she should've waited.

I am also beginning to really dislike Sarah Silverman. I used to like her off the wall humor, but now it's just old. She was pretty nasty to Brit, just after her performance which I'm sure did not help Brit's confidence.

I'm not a fan of Brit either way, but I've always had sympathy for her. There's a large part of me that wants her to do well. We're the same age, both Sags, so a lot of what is in her personality I do understand. I just wish she would focus on her family and her career instead of partying all the time.
I read that she was partying all night into early this morning, that may have played a part in this performance as well.

I thought she looked terrified throughout. Her lip synching was off. She hardly danced, just sorta walked around.

She shoulda skipped the stiletto boots. I think she was afraid of falling.

Uh, yeah, the outfit. Personally, I don't think she looks bad. For the "real world," she looks really good. But for performance on stage world, she probably should have covered up more, her bod's not quite back for that.

I agree - she just seemed like she wasn't ready. I was really curious to see what she'd do after seeing many times in the past on this show. I was disappointed and felt bad for her.

And Sarah Silverman is just downright gross. I thought she was really tacky tonight.

And weren't both kids (or atleast the first) planned anyway? No child is a mistake in any case. I thought she was really out of line with her comments. Like she has any room to talk about anyone's career. Britney has made far more money and achieved much more in her short life than Sarah Silverman could ever dream of.

She was out clubbing till 3 am the day she was to perform.
