Wow, just when I think she MIGHT grow up and turn it around. This poor girl is beyond a train wreck. I really hope someone just takes control of her life and gets her the help she desperately needs, although I know she has to want to do that. If those precious baby's aren't enough to straighten her up, I'm not sure what will.

I wonder if she's even going to remember last night, today. She will probably wake up and want to walk out of there, when she finds out she can't, watch out.

Have they released why her son was taken to the ER as a patient also? I just saw a photo of him taken on the way to the hospital, and he looked pale and waxy..
I wondered if the fool Britney had given him drugs or alcohol.

Wow, I get to work, check perez, and see all of this!! What a mess!!! I'm only sad for those kids. They will most likely never have a normal life. Britney is going to end up dead sooner than later. Does anyone know what she's on?? I know they said she was under the influence of an unknown substance but are there any rumors as to what it is? Not that it matters really, I'm just nosey.

I don't know what is going on with her....I just wish she'd let someone help her. What a beautiful, full life she could have! She is still a beauty and I know her talent is still hiding in there as well. She's just gone down a very bad path and has lost her way back.

I fear if something drastic doesn't happen soon...she's going to be ANS all over again...same ending, only sooner. Just sad. For all involved.

I saw her "Hit me Baby One More time" video the other day for the first time in a long while. All I could think was who would have thought this is how it would all go for her. She was the same age in that video as her sister is now. Just wow.

Well placed sources tell us what happened last night is not rooted in drugs, and that of late, her mental state has deteriorated to the point that what happened at her home was not unexpected.

K-Fed's Lawyer Headed to Court

TMZ has learned K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will scurry to court this morning at 8:30 AM and ask the Commissioner to strip Brit of her visitation rights -- at least for now. We're told there may not be much of an argument and it's almost certain the Commish will see Kaplan's point. Attorney Tara Scott from the law firm of Trope and Trope will represent Brit -- awkward, since the firm has asked to withdraw as counsel.
