Yeah I saw that too...In 'N Out Burger...damn we don't even have those in Ga...at least not near, wide, and far of my parts of GA....still, there is NO doubt in my mind Brit is recieving special treatment....it SHOULDN'T be allowed...
damn when I had my first baby in Conyers, GA I got B**ched at for going to get a drink w/o my baby in a push cart...don't know how else to describe it, but other than a push cart, but anyway I held my sweet tiny baby in my arms while I walked to get a coke...whoooo-----hoooo those nurses tore into my a$$....

That crossed my mind when I read Britney's using the phone. She's under 24hr supervision in a psych ward and visitors 1 hr a day or whatever. I wouldn't think she'd be able to use the phone somehow.

We know Britney's divorce team at the law firm of Trope and Trope has been dealing with newly-exiled Sam Lutfi and believes he is well-meaning. Jamie Spears, the freshly appointed co-conservator, has made it clear he dislikes the Trope firm and wants them out of Britney's life - in large part because of the firm's alliance with Sam.

Lutfi is furious at the commissioner who issued the various orders today and has been in touch with Trope and Trope numerous times this afternoon. Based on those conversations, the firm believes the orders defy Britney's wishes because she feels great ill will toward her dad.

So here's the scenario. It's possible Trope and Trope could go to court Monday at 1:30 and challenge the choice of conservator. If Jamie Spears is in it for the long hall, it's also possible one of his first orders of business will be to 86 Trope and Trope from Britney's life.

I knew there would be some problems with either of the parents being given guardianship and I believe they were expecting this. They did make the statement that they wanted a third party involved so as to avoid the appearance that they were after any money. I think that today's hearing and decision are merely temporary and that the judge may be considering who the third party appointed should be.

By law, if the doctors and hopsital want to keep Britney past the 72 hours, she would then be entitled to representation by counsel, but not for the first 72 hours. Since Lutfi has been ruled to be a danger to Britney, I think the decision by the court to issue the TRO against him will most likely be upheld and possibly even last longer than the originally-ordered 22 days. I won't be a bit surprised if the judge amends his ruling to add a third party to the guardianship of Britney by Monday. I don't believe that Britney will be allowed to leave the hospital after the 72-hour hold and that the doctors will ask for the 5250 in order to keep her the additional 14 days. Just my opinion.

I certainly hope so. She needs help and the help she needs is not from Hollywood or anyone from that genre.

No, she's really not, not on that issue. I read the stipulations of that 5150 hold the other day. All patients are allowed to have food brought in and their own clothes too. After 14 days, she would get to go outside in the court yard for an hour too.

My gf was in a psych ward in Huntington beach on a 5150 and we could talk on the phone and I could bring her things.
