Law enforcement sources tell TMZ a crime report has been filed with the LAPD, alleging someone pilfered "valuable possessions" from Britney Spears' house after she was hospitalized at UCLA.

We're told the conservators filed the report, claiming the alleged theft occurred sometime between the time Britney was admitted to UCLA psych ward and the time the conservatorship papers were signed.

Sam Lutfi has not been named as a suspect, however, he had access to the house, and we know Brit's father, Jamie Spears, a co-conservator, strongly believes Sam has been up to no good.

Lutfi had no immediate comment.

I've dealt with that with my mom and it is scarey as he!!. You never know what to expect from one moment to the other. Luckily my mom was able to get help (court ordered) and now is on meds and has been on meds for the last almost 10 years. She has done well on them so I know it can be done. Praying that Brittney gets the "right" help and will take the meds they put her on.

What i just w as a post on TMZ and it wouldn't surprise me if it weren't true:

A Jive exec was notified that Britneys parents and their lawyers have
noticed at least $150,000 missing from Britneys accounts. (This is just a start…) Britney's Black am/ex card has a cadillac escalade charged to it as well as furniture, clothing, cash advances and other items that can't be accounted for. All fingers at this time are pointing to SAm Lufti. A private detective has been hired and all accounts are being audited. Email, phone calls, bank activities and text messages are being looked at from Britneys phones and the ones that she is paying the bills on, as well as all of her other accounts. Documents are being subpoenaed from Trope lawyers and I hear a letter to the State Bar of California regarding the Trope conduct with Lufti is at issue. Keep in mind, Lufti and the Trope lawyers said she was mentally ill , but very recently allowed her to sign over certain right knowing this without getting a judge or commish to make the decision. Trope could be in trouble too.

Well, the night passed and none of the tabloid sites had any Britney news, so I guess it is safe to say that she is now on the 14 day stay. Good... hopefully they can scratch the surface and get her started back on even ground and out of the extremes that have clouded her judgment and existence, lately. She has 2 babies that need their mom... hopefully that will start coming through to her and she will find her way back.

Good for her dad wasting no time in getting right on making sure her stuff is secure and things are accounted for. I have a feeling though, Monday is going to be a day that that Lutfi guy tries to unleash all hell and war on them. X17 made a snide comment about how her family may have won the legal part, right now, but that Lutfi has "LOTS" of media connections, including X17. I guess they are implying that he will take this fight to the media mat to bring the Spears down, and to gain public backing so he can try to take back control of Britney's life.

I so hope he finds that outside of X17 kissing his butt, that the other media outlets will shun him for the pariah that he is... that his "lots" of media connections will not go in his favor. He needs to tuck his tail between his legs and go on home...

Sam had ample time until Jaime changed the locks to get out papers, photos, drugs anything he could think of that would either incriminate him, be of value to future press connections etc...I am sure there will be a forensic accounting done of the last 12 mos or so, and some very ugly stuff will be alleged on all sides. hopefully BS gets to stay out of it in a safe place.

I can imagine she was completely devastated when her Dr. told her of the restraining order and the situation with her home and accounts. When all of a sudden she couldn't contact Sam. It's going to take time just to get over that. A person without the mental disorder she suffers from would take days, weeks to get over such betrayal by someone they trusted so. She's in a safe place now though, I hope she is realizing that. I continue to wish the best for her as she get's treatment. I've learned so much about mental illness through her struggles. I hope one day we can rally behind a recovery.
