BBM. Well that would be the case with asphyxiation related death surely. Still seems very odd to me her body was released so fast especially considering the circumstances she was found, even if given priority.

Sorry, I am jumping around reading today lol. Asphyxiation would have the same effect on the brain's level or speed of decay as carbon monoxide poisoning because of cutting off the oxygen, do you think
And carbon monoxide poisoning would not be the type of thing you would do to someone if you just were in a big rage, so if this was how it happened maybe, it was maybe planned? But with asphxiation like choking, it could be said to be out of the blue and not planned. In all the posts I have read, there was one that said that they think it will come out that it was planned, not spur of the moment. I dont know what to think

Good point, Jadalyn. In a rage you don't really go and plan carbon monoxide poisoning, do you? Strangulation would be what you would expect.

Honestly Marlywings with all due respect - I am thinking the discussion here is deeper than just the superficial talk of 'books'. I am keen to understand the workings of the human body under the conditions of which Allison may have been subjected too that brought about her death. I think of us as a team interested in developing a more centered and comprehensive view of the conditions that lead to her demise. I don't think we are really straying from the topi cof Allison -if we are all reading the text then we are going to be able to post quite intelligently about our ideas and theories of what happened. I do hope you agree. What do you think?

I have to say that I agree with you. If we can better understand the way these things happen then it could lead to much better discussions.

They must be in decomposed, but it sounds like they are in a different stage, do you think?

Yes totally! That is what I am thinking - decomposed but so different from the rest of the bodily decomposition! Thanks Jada for putting that into succint form!

Yes I feel very confused as to how this is happens. It sounds like there is a clue in this that could tell how she was murdered. How can we read this report?

Basically you can't unless you're prepared to pay for it as the full affidavit has not been made available to the general public to date.

As long as it stays on the topic of Allison & not veering off into the world of books it's fine. Otherwise the thread is way off topic before we know it.

A reminder about the affidavit as per Summer's post a couple of pages back...

Friendly reminder:

We cannot bring into the discussion information that is only available in the full affidavit. The full affidavit has not been made available to the general public at this time, that I am aware of.

Thank you for understanding.

Oh dear sorry about that - I had just viewed the footage of GBC/OW - the little bit hurt one. I thought I had attached it to a that post. I just wanted to slap him and that pathetic voice. Certainly not having a go at anybody on this forum. My apologies. I live and breath this site.

This is the post I was talking about earlier. This thread that I read is very interesting and talks a lot about whether Allison was murdered in a domestic situation, or whether she was fallen victim to a planned murder. So there are two thoughts, planned or not. Mostly I have read that people think this was a murder from domestic violence, not so much from a planned murder. At first it sounded like a planned murder. But then its changed as time has gone on. And so many think it was from domestic violence. This post I put up if I did it right, is saying that it was not domestic. And I think this poster is very wise. I don't know if it is a thought, or something they knew. But it stood out.

I would like to also say that so many of you beautiful peopel have said how sad you are for Allison. It really is the most saddest thing, a beautiful and caring and nice mother and friend and daughter...I would like to also say how much she has made me care about her and her family. I dont know how we could make it better, but I hope we can try and help her get justice, and maybe help someone who could be like her

A beautiful post Jadalyn!!

Yes, at first a lot of us just couldn't believe a husband could purposely kill his wife, and that surely it was the result of an argument gone wrong. But you're right, as time went on and the evidence came out it seemed a lot more sinister. We seem to think now, that even if it wasn't planned that he certainly went too far in moving the body and not owning up to what he had done. IMO if it was the result of a push that ended up with her hitting her head or something similar, then he should have called the emergency services immediately. But he didn't do that. He has just hid away like the coward that he is. I think he would even sit back and let somebody else take the blame if he could.

Can you please tell me if the "provocation" ruling definitely not acceptable or can it be used?
I really hope it can't be. I can imagine something like " I raced home from a hard day at the office to be with my gorgeous wife, who I love deeply and couldn't live without. When I went to kiss my wife all of a sudden she started ripping at my skin with her fingernails. I had absolutely no idea what had sparked this off, but I feared for my life and had to defend myself"

Yeah, like "She started clawing at my face and it hurt, and she was crying and stuff, asking me about my girlfriends... so what else could I do... I had to kill her before she killed me."
Makes you sick, doesn't it?

Considering he is not a tiny man, I doubt he could get away with self defence... but you never know what some worms have up their slimy sleeves, do you?

The full affidavit is available to the public if you wish to purchase it. I am not sure of the price but think it is in the several hundreds of dollars.

I do not understand why the media has not used all of the information in the affidavit. Maybe a legal or journo whiz can answer that one.
